Hello Stokies,
I was wondering if someone could assist me?
I am desperately searching for a picture of Victoria Ground that I can have so someone can do a painting / drawing of which I can put up in my kitchen.
I have really struggled to find an image of the whole ground when full / nearly full and was hoping you could help me?
If you can recommend something or give me any ideas, I would appreciate it.

there's a couple of full pictures of the Boothen End on Google otherwise it's a struggle without scanning from old programmes etc. www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GGLS_en-GBGB404GB404&q=victoria+ground&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1003&bih=509 About three years ago there was talk of a photo book dedicated to the ground but I don't think the project ever got off the ground. If you really want a quality photo it might be worth contacting the Sentinel who should have a vast archive. I tried them several years ago interested in buying some old pictures and didn't find them too helpful at the time - if you chase them up though you might be able to get somewhere. |

Cheers folks, I have seen some of these. However, I want one when they ground is full? It would look much better! Why don't the club sell any pics like that?
