So, Shrek is staying at the Shit...quelle surprise. Knocks the stuffing out of all the songs being prepared on here. Maybe now the focus should be on the rest of the team "not being good enough" to match poor ickle Waynes ambitions!? ;D

he'll need a bit of extra cash to employ a couple of extra groundstaff to clear up all the B & H dog ends and red bull cans from outside his gates

They're going absolutely spastic with rage on RedCafe, if that site's representative. They know the club have merely protected his selling value in the summer such is their financial plight.
He won't be playing Sunday, whatever, he's out for 3 weeks.
Not sure how this will affect the ManU players' mentality - they'll either be falling out with one another over the club's capitulation or fired up to prove him wrong about their quality/ambition.
One things for sure - Fergie will have the last laugh...

Rooney (or rather his agent) has made SAF look like a mug, holding him to ransom so publicly. All SAF could do was take it like a bitch unless he was to lose his employers £50-75m next summer.
Fergie will be apoplectic with rage, I just can't see how Rooney and SAF won't be coming to blows pitchside before the end of the season.
Should be fun watching ManU's continued implosion.
Half the planet will be watching Sunday, I'm already in prayer...

Due to the fact Wayne Rooney is now staying this will obviously have a positive effect on his team mates. On a game this sunday we could win or draw, this will surely not happen. Although must have optimisum

One of the Mancs on RedCafe made a beautiful analogy which I can't find now amongst the millions of rants. It goes something like; It's like dumping your bird for another one with big paps. Then, a week later, you find your bird has had a boob-job and come crawling back... ;D Agent Rooney, always a scouser...

CS, it could have the reverse effect - pissing off all his team mates after stating they aren't good enough?
Here's hoping...

Isn't this just like Ronaldo? Public mutterings about leaving then he ends up staying another year then leaves with a big contract to run meaning Utd get a decent transfer fee instead of the shitty one they were about to get?
Or am I missing somet?
Same with Fabregas.

I think that he signed the contract purely to give Man United more bargaining power when he goes to Real Madrid at the end of the season. Now that he's got a long term contract SAF will be able to trade him for 2 or 3 good players from Real.
