A lad called Diego Poyet has been called up to the England U-16's, is he Gus Poyet's son?

Cool. It'll be interesting to see how does in time and if the decision ever came who he'd pick for full honours, us or Uruguay?

And me, I know some people wouldn't like it though.

Quite strange considering he played for Chelski and Spurs but probably best for him to grow in Football not to be on the sidelines when he gets a Pro Contract etc but he's legally a British Citizen and lived here since he was 2 I'd guess so cant see a problem...another former famous footballing persons lad is in the squad...Angus Gunn; Bryan Gunn's lad.

I didn't really take much notice of anyone else. I looked for Stoke players and then spotted a fella called Diego in an England squad and thought it to be odd. Is Gunn's lad a 'keeper too?

Yes Gunn Jnr is also a Keeper; might have a decent goalie in the future then ;D

Surely Bryan Gunn would be encouraging his son to play for Scotland?
