Someone explain too me why we hate this player so much. He scored goals when he played, Bolton (twice), Orient (cup), Sunderland. Then there is Mama hmmmm.
Ok so Kitson threw his toys out the pram, but if I was Kitson and Mama got picked in front of me I would headbutt TP with or without towel. I thought Mama in front of Kitson was just mental. Kitson on his day (usualy if he played) was an ok player, unauthordox but will score goals, whereas Mama on his day is just funny comical in fact to the point ot total despair

Some people hate Kitson. Some people think he's a decent player. TP seems to fit into the first group which is odd as he made him our clubs record signing.

What was worrying was that Dave was too good a footballer for Stoke to integrate!

Evidence?
Too good a footballer?
I know it's Friday Bexhill but Jesus, too good a footballer for Stoke?

Kitson will always get goals - when his manager plays him as an 'in the box' striker, with a productive midfield. He won't get goals from long ball play - thats not his style. We'll see how good he is when he leaves

bexhill: ;D
I agree that we asked him to play a role other than his natural game and sometimes (very occasionally) he actually played it well, so he CAN do it. I think it was just a combination of his reluctance to play a new role, Pulis's misjudgement of his suitability to do so, and Kitson allowing certain personal matters to affect his game. He went out on loan twice and was very poor for two teams that did let him play his natural game so the overall picture of him is pretty poor to be fair. It's probably 'Sods Law' that he'll go somewhere else and score goals but personally, I've come to the conclusion that Kitson had one good season in the Premier League and that may well be his best career season.

I don't think the problems were to do with football doz. The man has admitted to refusing to be told what to do when he worked in sainsbury's. The whole time he was here smacked of the same attitude. Whether it was handled in the best way is another matter.

Really hope so both for Kitson and Stoke. Will be a good deal for both Leeds and Stoke too I presume. I really think Leeds will struggle to attract a better striker than Kits. He is actually a good player, even if it didn't turn out too well for him at Stoke.!

Mate of mine is a Leeds fan and said they were very interested in him and the word on the leeds MB is that a move for him on loan could certainly be on the cards.
If they could get his head right they have a player capable of scoring plenty in that league, would be a good deal for both clubs

From what I've read and heard from the Leeds side, this is REALLY old news. And now they have no interest whatsoever in Kitson, neither buy nor loan. So just forget about it!
Trust me, Kitson will stay at Stoke forever and one day become Manager or even co-owner of the whole club.
Sorry.

Loans are no good.
Any club that takes a look at him will have him back at Stoke before you can say ' bone idle'.
