He'll probably call up a right-back, won't he?
Are there any English right-backs about?
Neville? Wilkinson? ;D Onuoha?

There isn't many to go at tho, Wilko aint good enough and that pains me to say, Neville is past it and Onuha isn't playing for Man City

He shouldn't have been anywhere near the squad anyway. He hardly played any football last season and even when he does, he's absolutely shite!! Possibly the most over-rated player I've ever seen in my life...and yes, I have seen David N'Gog play!!

Didn't anyone ask these players in advance if they would be free, willing and able to play for England? On the other hand, this is the FA handling it isn't it.

Micah Richards and Nedum Onuoha are the obvious alternatives. Depends on how much game time they will get this season.

That really is disappointing because he's a decent right back.
It makes sense with his injury record and who his manager is though.

Loved Robinson saying " I couldn't retire until now because I hadn't been picked!" WTF couldn't he have said don't pick me?

news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/8896134.stmDelighted. He was the next big thing for the England defence once. Spinless C@*ts, gets a bit tough so the quit. Hope they realise that they will NEVER become imortal like the boys of '66! Don't want to play for your country, don't want you anyway so cluck off!!! Players like Brown cant stand not playing for the big fish where other teams are scared of them and the ref's suck up to them and give them all the decisions. Retired, I hope Cappello said no probs f*&k off and shut your door on the way out...it will never open again!

The FA appear to be of such a level of incompetence thta they have found themselves lumbered with a manager they are paying £6m per year that English players refuse to play for. ;D

Didn't anyone ask these players in advance if they would be free, willing and able to play for England? On the other hand, this is the FA handling it isn't it. That's what I thought. Surely they have a word with the players BEFORE announcing the squad publicly. This is making the whole England set up look more and more like a complete joke.
