I could easily see Kits texting his agent with the news about 30 seconds after he was substituted... He'd have been atleast 29 seconds behind Beattie then ;D

I'll probably take some shit for this but why not Ethers?
A nice extra bit of money for his story used to pay down his debts. I'd be gutted if it was him mind.

I've waited about 3 seasons before having the courage to post. I'm not a true stokie - my brother in law is and he has worked on me for about 15 years since I married his sister. I've had a season ticket for about 5 seasons (I have to come from Nottingham so he spent 10 years breaking my spirit).
Finally though I'll take the risk. 2 of the posts on this thread have convince me Ive done the right thing - F I S T I N G and the Danny Pugh Lord of The Rings one.
Thank you.

Beattie's the only one with a motive.
p.s. can something ever be too passé?

I bet Beattie was even more annoyed when his 'day off' was cancelled! He probably had plans in London Sunday night! is it something to do with the London air - Wet Sham last year and Emirates and Chelsea this year.

I couldn’t really give a horses arse about this “incident”.
Truth is, these things happen all the time. The problem is, identifying the mole and fucking him off.
Me, I’d fuck Beattie off as soon as possible in the summer. If these “leaks” stop then problem eradicated. If the “leaks” continue then we still have a mole to identify but at least we have the sulking, over-weight, lard-arse-mard-arse off the books.

Just posted the same on another thread.
What is the only way for Beattie to get away from the club and get the wages he wants?
To cause a load of shit, be a pain in the arse, so that Stoke have to lower the asking price for him. The buying club then save money on the transfer fee, so they can pay the greedy git what he wants in wages.

I think we already would have moved heaven and earth to dump him ASAP, not asked much of a fee for him and maybe even part-subsidised his wages for next year just to get him out, regardless of whether he features highly in mole suspects this time around.

Not sure. Didn't his move to Fulham break down last minute because of high wage demands, 45k a week?
If he can drive it down even more to get what he wants, i'm sure he'll keep trying to do it. In his mind it will only help his cause.
