The difference being that Chelsea were nowhere before Ambramovich and then spent half a billion pounds and started giving it the big 'un, in spite of having bought success and churning out dull football.
Man Yoo played exciting, attacking football and the bedrock of their success was their youth policy.

Fergie's a great domestic manager. For someone in charge of the richest club in the world his record in Europe is piss poor.
One lucky win in the Champions League and no other appearances in the Final when they are nailed onto the knockout stages every season is mediocre at best. That's why he carries on.

agree with rvd 10, ferguson is one of the best managers this country has, love man u or hate man u, that man deserves respect!! he has found some of the best talent the world has seen today, beckham, scholes, ronaldo, and that nani and anderson both look bright! respect from me ferguson!
