Just an idea but do you think it would be a good idea to have a junior potters forum name on here for kids under say 16.My son posts on here sometimes (hes 14)and yes he posts some silly issues occassionaly but some of the replies are just disgusting and ridiculous .i cannot monitor it all the time .what do ya reckon .i dont mean stop the young uns coming onto the main discussion board if they want to but i think they would like there own identity .thoughts guys

I agree, I felt sorry for the young lad who put his all time dream team up a couple of weeks ago and everyone came down on him like a ton of bricks. But I wouldn't want to stop anyone being on the main board, I really love the mix of ages and the way you sometimes don't know if the person you're talking to is 15 or 75.

Great idea Martin. My lad is 22 now so it does not affect him but I'll bet you'll remember me complaining to you about a simililar issue to this on the original Oatcake board.

personally i think its a good idea - my son comes to matches with me and has his own thoughts and opinions on our games and he's 11 and wouldn't dare post his thoughts on the main message board
