Whatever Your pic seems to show one hand. And BTW it was one hand in the replay. The keeper acted like he knew he got away with that one. That looks like its after the ball hits him, he had both hands on it when it hit Ennis and all the replays they've just shown shows exactly that.

Keeper still had both hands on the ball when it hit Ennis’ head so by the rules it’s no goal. He had one hand in it mid throwing it out He simply drops it He had two hands on it when it hit Ennis, I still think it should be a goal though as its the keeper that hits him with it.

This is absolutely atrocious. Schumacher if you want to earn your money, take the ambling Laurent off. He's not the only one you could take off already.

I'm struggling to work out what the issue is - on the pitch. We have a lot of players who look decent on paper, yet we produce turgid shite like today, time and again. Would a new defence see us winning everything 1-0? Is our midfield as good as we think it is? The more I watch this team, the less I know how to fix it. Who thinks we've got a good midfield 😂 It's a creativity vacuum most of the time.

A few decent games to get 12 month extension, don’t be fooled we’ve been there before. Send him packing with Ciaran Clarkeand Wesley for starters waste of wages the lot. He's worth thinking about as a cheap backup, always stupid that he was considered as our regular starter.

As much as I will laugh at everyone for refusing to see that Rose and McNally are clearly our best centre half partnership and that Wilmot is fucking wank, all three in an ideal world aren’t here next year. I think Rose would be fine as third choice next season tbh. I'm guessing Wilmot was injured though 😉😂

He has to start scoring, that's his job,if he doesn't then we have to get rid. If he's playing with players that are capable of scoring why? He looks much more like a link up man than a goal scorer.

I'd be happy if Thompson was given another 12 months tbh, in the hope he never has to play.
He can do a job every so often and as has been said is versatile enough.

He scored a few but I don't see him changing much if he was here, he's a worker yes but our problems are much worse than a lack of effort. Perhaps. However, as you said, he scored a few and was a worker. That’s two things he has over almost every other single player in the squad. If we had a squad full of triers who scored a few, we’d be in the playoffs. Not too sure about play offs but definitely better off, unfortunately I don't think one player would be anywhere near enough.

And some think the recruitment guru should stay in post. 2 good signings out of 22 and some are letting him off the hook. 22 players and we've got worse. Depends who's signings they were though.

How is it rubbish? We were at our best under MON when he first got here. His signings were terrible as evidenced by the list of loanees earlier that were all crap for us. He shat himself and we went from an attacking team to one that had no pattern of play and couldn’t attack nor defend. And he was correctly sacked because of it. Now come back at me with a reasonable argument and not some gaslighting nonsense. We aren’t discussing him coming back as a manager though are we? The discussion is him potentially coming back as a DoF. Two completely different roles with different skill sets. What experience does he have as a DOF? I know he has a qualification but anything else?

They were. We got worse the longer he was here because of them and his non existent tactics. He did much better with what he inherited. This is the kind of rubbish we are all too used to seeing from Bayern. He's not wrong.

I disagree, the analysis is spot on. While we are playing a restricted game and looking to bypass midfield, Baker’s physicality is okay. If we want to play from the back and press aggressively, he doesn’t have the passing range, dribbling skills or pace required. Our position means we are willing to accept tactics we would have crucified previous managers for. He's one of the best passers of the ball in the squad and a passing game suits him. It's the tracking back, pressing and defensive work that usually lets him down, however, under Schumacher it has been good. No he's not 😂😂

Apart from last min when he passed it side ways to Gooch 😂 If SS decides he wants to go back to the way he prefers playing next season he won't cope, he's not much use bar his shooting now and then, I'd see if we can get a decent amount for him and reinvest. This is what backing yourself into a corner and being unable to show contrition or humility looks like folks............... Not really, his shooting has been useful and has won us some points recently, that doesn't suddenly mean he can pass a ball or be create chances, he's still a very limited footballer and isn't going to help us push on. But yeh as you were ..........................................................................................

Feel like he needs a bit of a mention.... If we stay up the re-introduction of Baker will be one of the main reasons we do so in my opinion. Look at the goals we are scoring at the minute (which wont take long), his set piece deliveries are bang on the money every singe time and if Rose didn't have a toblerone for a head he would have a few more assists to his name. He clearly cares and you can see why MON gave him the captaincy when he was the gaffer here Apart from last min when he passed it side ways to Gooch 😂 If SS decides he wants to go back to the way he prefers playing next season he won't cope, he's not much use bar his shooting now and then, I'd see if we can get a decent amount for him and reinvest.

I know it’s a complete disaster if we go down. But could there be a potential upside to a successful relegation battle? Galvanise the club, give the players some vital experience in getting results under pressure and maybe cement Schumacher in the managers seat? Head into the summer with a bit of positivity and the possibility of bringing that momentum into the next season? Obviously if the relegation battle is unsuccessful then all that goes out of the window but I think there are definitely upsides to our situation if , IF, we come through intact. But we have been in a relegation battle, at some point in the season, almost every year we have been in this division - we have never finished higher than 14th since we have been down. The current British punt employed by the clueless people that run the club, thought we did not need a left-back in the last window - how do you think he will do next season What is going to change or be different this pre-season? For me nothing will change while we have the current setup at the club: we will start next season with an unbalanced squad, very little quality, virtually no competition for places at all, bizarrely short of numbers in every defensive position, we started our relegation season from the prem with a centre-forward as the only option at right-back and not much has changed since then - how many years are we just going to be happy with mediocrity, a chairman who refuses to look at any manager unless they are British, virtually cutting out all the quality options - and then there is all the bizarre things going on the background. We are meandering our way to tier 3 football unless something changes drastically with the way the club is ran from top to bottom Wasn't it Martin that said we didn't need a left back or at least explained why we didn't sign one ?
