There’s no way he should have been subbed ahead Smallbone. Baker didn’t play well but that was some awful management. What a mess we are in - a debate on who was worst Neither are good enough for the Championship - they are both very poor

Norwich fans can't believe how bad we were. Even though they won they are all moaning about their team They were shit which makes the defeat even more frustrating Indeed

Oh dear
Sticking with that formation and midfield is not working
Usual goalkeeping blunders
Gayle is a busted flush
Nothing has really changed apart from we string a few passes together now
No support for a none existent front 2
Another manager who was renowned for making changes early when not working now looks like a rabbit in the headlights
They were so low on confidence and their supporters very quiet but we gave them the game
One of them even said worst 3 1 he had seen.
We are in trouble

I really wanted to turn the page, reset and look forward with a bit of optimism. But, good Lord, that was utterly abject. One team looked like they were coached and had a plan - and one didn't. Just problems all over the pitch. The regulars around where I sit were going mental for the first time since the end of Hughes' tenure for 20 minutes after they took the lead. Some very unlikely characters were totally losing their shit - just snapped Indeed. Owners so out of touch with the massively reducing fan base who are prepared to watch the same car crash over and over Totally bizarre behaviour by people who claim they care

Feel a bit sorry for him now and only ever call him a moron on here in emotion. He’s painting quite a sad picture on the touch line now and it’s sad to see. Not sure where that spark has gone nor will we ever know. The point papers over the cracks I’m afraid. The sad part of this is that he'll end up detested by a good proportion of fans, and he doesn't deserve that. We're headed one way under him, it's more painful to watch by the week. It could all be done and dusted amicably, no hatred, no animosity - part ways, both move on. You just know it won't happen that way. Both these posts are spot on

I’m no MON fan. But there’s just no way on earth they’ll sack him after a loss at Millwall- 3rd best home side in the division last season. Yes it was abject. BUT even MON harshest critics would surely allow him a few weeks to see if the signing settle. It would be of no benefit to get rid now. We should’ve shaken hands and said thanks in the summer . But - it’s not happening. He’s not getting sacked yet. It’ll happen come October if we’re down the bottom.

It started near end of first half re we are f’n shit Bit of a rally second half but descended into lots of moaning On way back to station absolutely no one argued against him going tonight although we all know he won’t It really was shocking That’s what I found at the last home game last season. No one could justify and wouldn’t justify him staying. If we had sacked him no one within 20 seats of where I sit who joined in the conversation would have batted an eyelid. They really should have But history is repeating itself sadly

He’s got to go. Simple as that
Not a single thing learned from last season.
Formation crying out to be changed at half time. But no
No point analysing individual players when the formation and tactics are just plain wrong

Just leaving. It was like watching the first team which is very sad - was hoping for a bit more effort and maybe even blind enthusiasm Dont want to be to hard on the U23's but there was nothing there - no one stood out Special mention to DWP - he pulled out of every challenge pretty much Tezgel didnt do anything Tops of our season frankly Tezgel is 16, he isn't even training full-time yet. The expectations on the lad are ridiculous. Absolutely More a observation rather than a criticism He may or may not be a cracking player but he needs time to develop

I am in the not sure camp
He has done amazingly well to shift a lot out and in the main get some exciting players in
His in game management is my main concern
But it is laughable than anyone thinks the club will get rid of him at the moment no matter where we end up this season
To be fair he is doing their dirty work and sorting out the crap left behind by whoever. He is doing very well on that front
Doesn’t matter what you or I think, he has next year as a minimum if not longer

Wasn’t impressed with his cameo today tbh. Wanted to do too much. Made some poor decisions seemed to just run in to trouble. But… he’s only young so it all comes with training. I’d probably say wright Phillips is the more promising of the 2 and I’m glad he’s ours Playing him ahead of coming back Campbell is just bat shit crazy

As much as I hate losing, there were a lot of positives on Saturday
Today was the opposite
If you didnt watch, well you missed absolutely nothing
In hindsight perhaps DWP needed a rest as he looked lost today like an over excited puppy dropping way too deep and chasing shadows with no one com
Brown runs but if DWP drops deep we have zero goal threat
Clucas - deary me
Chester same
Powell - how desperate are we that we risk him and he looked way off, which is understandable
Actually it was just a rubbish display all round by everyone
Miles off it

As far as I can see we've had 3 of our top 10 worst XG games in the last 4 home games in the last month - with the Boro game (0.46) only marginally better It's not coincidence. At home, it's just not working. You don't have to be a tactical genius to see it, do you? The facts 😳😳😳😳 Stoke's worst XG totals 0.08 3-1 Brentford A (18-19) Jones' first game 0.14 5-0 Chelsea A (17-18) 0.19 0-0 Derby A (20-21) 0.21 0-2 Man City H (17-18) 0.22 1-1 Leicester A (17-18) 0.24 1-1 Newcastle A (14-15) 0.27 TODAY 0.27 0-1 Blackburn H 27TH NOV 0.28 2-0 Pboro H 20TH NOVEMBER0.31 0-2 Swansea A (20-21)

Sack him and the board will bring in another “experienced” British manager to lead us to more mid table mediocrity. It’s an endless cycle. Sad but true

Just shows where we are - floating around mid table
Played much worse and won if you ignore the 2nd half
Tymon stand out player. Thought Batth was good
No midfield I can’t make Sawyers out at all Some great but basics simply not there Probably much better if we had a holding mid with him In front.
Allen so silly.
Brown was well Brown
Fletcher flatters to deceive again but still offers something that no one else does up front
Subs too late again
Just head scratching performance again asking questions about tactics and slowness to respond the subs

Still here - thanks for the concern - but dairy cows??? We dont have them in Suffolk. But my uncle farmed them near Alsager - how the hell can a post go from where is Sufolk to an argument about caring for cows? My Aunty and Uncle cried every time by the way, but we still shot wood pigeon and rabbits for the pot = make of that what you will I posted a few away game summaries because friends asked me to update them and then suggested I posted on the Oatcake as well. Nice to hear some liked them In lockdown there seemed little point as they were streamed and I guess I just got out of the habit (I can here many saying thank the Lord for that). Bayern I still follow through thick and thinner even after 50+ years Tony Scholes eh? We were concerned about you and we now find out you murdered pigeons. 🤦♂️ Rats of the air and at the time and young and innocent You should see what they do to dear around here
