He'll be a bench warmer at Liverpool since their main upfront three are far better than him.

After the Saudi vs Egypt. It's bloody useless 5 min for a penality which is still questionable. If VAR is the way to go forward then it should be also upon request from the teams' manager like in tennis and not only the ref.

Positives for Sobhi = lovely new hair cut Scooby Do obviously thinks that by having an elite player hairstyle he will be magically transformed into suddenly being an effective player! Still, he’ll look pretty playing in a relegation battle with his new team. Actually, he wasn't bad yesterday. And can we stop saying they'll be relegated don't jinx it.

"From the moment Sobhi came on Egypt's belief just seemed to drift away" Ouch. He didn't do a mistake nor a contribution. He was just there.

Well, Egypt's goalkeeper was their man of the match.

He has potential but no well. If anybody let him down it was himself. Looking at his performance when he first came and the last season, to have that much of a decline in performance is surely his fault. Managers for mid table and lower table teams will always prefer experience than youth since for them to play a young player is up to the player to prove himself as a safe choice. Hughes himself said that he returned from the summer break with loads of problems one of them being unfit and the other that his head was not in the game.

He is very young and hugely promising. I hope he stays.I'll judge him when he has had some proper coaching at stoke. I'd like to see him stay, too.............I think the Championship might bring the best out of him (that, and some better coaching and management) I hope so. But with Lambert staying and his agent looking for another payday. He'll leave and he should think his next move wisely since another year on bench (he already wasted 2 here) will be the end for him.

Win the WC, we can go down for one season and be promoted in the one after but we can only win the WC once in a lifetime.

Crouch was an inch away from putting us one up in the first half you daft cunt... That's two chances. And who says a point isn't enough? I think we are down regardless but I feel you're making a rayt cock out of yourself here Ramadan's powder puff shot second half too. It was a decent chance poorly executed. Ramadan's talent and effort are wasted by his final touch

Honest and true words but it seems Shaq's interviews are his way of listing why he's going to leave no matter we stay up or go down. Honestly, can't blame him.

Ramadan wasn't our best player but by far he wasn't also the worst. He did a couple fine passes and defended well. What did the other do more than him?

For the upcoming fixtures, I guess our best chances are playing Choupo instead of Diouf. He isn't our best option as a striker but at least he can score and make a good pass when it's needed.

All the player did their best but for the next fixtures I prefer we play Choupo when fit instead of Diouf. He might be not good as a striker but certainly half the chances that Diouf wasted he can score them.

Another good question is How in God's green earth two coaching teams failed to teach him how to shoot? Seriously our coaching teams are nothing short of a failure. It's not a problem with him, it's this team. He won't get into decent positions to shoot, and if he did who will find him. Watch him excel at another team and then comments like the one you've just posted will look really stupid. I'm not blaming him for his short coming when it come to shooting from outside the box or decision making, I'm blaming our coaching team for not developing this particular skills. Because he gets in a very good position to shoot yet he didn't and looked to pass. IMO, his problem that he was coached wrong under Hughes since if you watched his first matches with us he was outstanding for his age but then he showed a decline in his performance. I'm sure that under a good coaching team he'll be better but sadly that won't be with us or any other team that will deprive him of game time. He should take Salah as an example he didn't care to leave to a team that isn't as big as Chelsea as long as he get to paly regularly.

15m for a bloke that can't strike a football at the age of 20? The world's gone mad Another good question is How in God's green earth two coaching teams failed to teach him how to shoot? Seriously our coaching teams are nothing short of a failure.

The bloke is as close to Salah in potential as I am to banging Mr Pennant's Mrs Alice Goodwin.. not very, if you need it confirming. Actually if you looked up Salah stats before joining Fiorentina you'll never guessed that he is the same player. He scored 11 goals in before joining them and nine of them were when played for Basel (Two seasons). So, stats wise and potential wise sure Ramadan can be better but does Ramadan has the ability and the well to develop further or not?. That is up for him and a manager who is willing to gamble on him and we aren't in a position to gamble on any player.

He was OK not great but that is expected from a player who didn't get any game time in weeks. Sure he is not fast but he also not slow. A lot of top player aren't fast but they offer either a killer pass, skill or shooting to overcome their lack of pace, the problem with Ramadan that he is only skilled and need to work hardly in both his shooting and passing skills. For me I wish we started with some mobile striker which could have helped him and us but unfortunately Lampert prefers Crouch.

Be it his choices or not, He was the manager and like every good manager he should had said no and refused and if the board insist on this players he could threatened to resign or actually resign and not just said okay that if they were really not his choices.

Lack of gametime and confidence. He was bought as Arni replacement and he was doing a good job but the moment Arni left we bought two players who Ramadan knew very well that they will be chosen over him dspite how good he played based on last season treatment of him. Some players will take that situation to prove that they are the better choice and some will just surrender. I guess Ramadan is the surrender type.

Silly man , i never want us to lose , it simply underlines what I've said all along under invested squad will be exposed , Month by month as the season progresses , tonight's version is ramadan who I've said all along has all the makings the Egyptian break shea ( to think he was the Redmond cheap alternative ) and tymon hopelessly exposed , the lack of depth in midfield staggering ( Adam not Delph or lemina or Allen ) the lack of fire power mind boggling as the free transfers, flawed and injured goods plus a 35 year old fail again , but that's what happens when you consistently under invest , the CEO can get home tonight and look at the +£12m in the bank and he needn't bother getting Up for tomorrow's cup draw to suggest the two aren't linked utter garbage , our reliance on the old guard of shawcross and Cameron increasing not decreasing The silver lining being we can now at least focus entirely on getting somewhere near 20 points before the next window opens and save the key players , butland , Ryan , Geoff , Fletcher Shaq , and that for me has always been the only realistic priority once we let the three players required run to deadline day and then beyond . Just one question, were you at the game?

Exactly, which begs the question does anyone coach him in training? Of course they do, but its different in a match its the player not the coaches who do it then. I know that they do but when a player keeps doing the same mistake then their must be something wrong either Ramadan refuses the advise or they cutting him some slack due to his age. I have high hopes for Ramadan and he can do everything with ball but most of the time his final touch is just woeful.

Sohbi did alright, his only bad play was when he beat his man too many times instead of crossing the damn thing! sadly that occasion is what people will judge him on, he had a few other decent runs though and didn't really get much help from Pieters. An off day for most of the team, Shaqiri was the only one who did himself proud today, too many players were off their game for us to get anything out of today. Hughes will sort them out before Chelsea, let's hope Ryan is back - we really need him with Zouma out. It happens way too often though, doesn't it? He's been like that since he's joined and doesn't seemed to have learnt from it. Exactly, which begs the question does anyone coach him in training?

Ramadan is all show and no substance. Why does he delay playing the pass so often? I think he's always trying to play the perfect ball rather than just putting it in the mixer. Inexperience and nervous.

9* Superb performance from the team and great stuff from Hughes. I would have taken Shaq off for Ramadan however, Shaq was extremely unaffective and Sohbi would have provided extra defensive work. However, what a day! Shaq was good but I would subbed Ramadan for Jese and let Choupo play up front. Berahino as usual offered nothing.

Why tin hat on?. Back in the old days that was case and it was OK. I'm all in for all season window under the condition that it'll be only English players who can be transferred all season. At least no jobsworth could say you were 14 seconds too late! Not just that, It will also help promote and develop English talents and taking risk in buying English player from the lower leagues.
