Blackpool at the vic was my first ever game, i was about 6 and even though Grobbelaar decided a foray to the half way line was a good idea, leading to Trevor Sinclair scoring his first ever league goal, it was still a magic day and I was hooked!

Their fans on their site were full of praise for us when we beat them away in the promotion season, so I have to say I like them as well.

One of those teams who you dont mind doing well because of their links with Stan, but we dont seem to do well against them at home, only 2 teams beat us at the Vic in 1992-93 season and Blackpool was one of them with an 89th minute goal.
We could be undone tonight if were are not careful, Blackpool are doing well in the Championship tbf

My father-in-law is a Blackpool fan, and I've been to the odd away game with him, and they have my favourite non-stoke chant ever. der-der-der-der-der-derrrrr, der-der-der-der-der-derrrrr, der-der-der-der-der-derrrrr <repeat>. Brill. www.fanchants.com/football-songs/blackpool-chants/der-bfc/Hope we beat them, obviously, but all the Blackpool fans I've ever met have always been throughly nice, and being introduced as a Stoke fan in the away end at a Blackpool game has always been welcomed with an unusual amount of respect! The town's a shitehole though.

I like Blackpool too. Now Rhyl is something else. ;D You're not wrong there!!! Yeah, quite like Blackpool as well. Good loyal fans and orange/tangerine for a kit makes them quite distinctive.

Graham Nash.....surely CSN deserves a mention otherwise an impressive list of Blackpudlians..... And I guess we all know what Blackpool has in common with Dublin?

Funny enough, the 2 times i have been to Vegas some large wide load native has always commented on the fact the Las Vegas strives to be like Blackpool.... .....reason to hate the place? Always a queue for Harry Ramsdens, and chips no better than The Fishnet in Longton! ;D

I hate Blackpool because straight after the Bolton game me and the Mrs drove there for the illuminations and they were the same shit thats been hanging in the road since 1987, and there was no where to park, and there was a massive rain storm coming in from the sea so we just turned round and went home.
waste of bloody petrol!!

Baring in mind we have another game before the shit, lets channel our bile to tonights opposition I hate blackpool because of the two hours spent on a broken down train on the way home after our autowindscreens game there in 1999/2000. Theyre from lancashire. Thats all ive got really. Any more? they were the good ol days

I actually quite like Blackpool. They share possibly the greatest footballer of all time with us, they seem like decent people and an away day there is always a nice day out. No problem with them at all.
