Having just seen the post with Vince Overson in, who, in your oppinion is the 'biggest' (fat) footballer playing or not.
I'll go for a current player: Andy Reid, not affraid of pie.

Hartson (he basically said the other day he'd been on a diet his entire career)
Paul Robinson (often looks quite chunky)
Le Tissier (or was he just too lazy to run? fat stoke-hater.)
Mark Viduka (lazy, but definitely has a fat person's face. Therefore big-boned).
sure i could go on for ages, but i want my lunch (not a pie, sadly)

When I lived in Bermuda I played cricket and, would you believe, football against "Sluggo" Leverock. He is a copper and a bit of a local hero. They did a big thing in the local paper about his attempting to lose weight with a personal trainer before the Cricket World Cup. Not sure it worked though! He is a very good spinner and a "Sluggo" of a lower middle order bat. Actually, he is a skilful footballer, but lacks mobility (no really!). He sits in the centre of the park and sprays pinpoint passes around (like Zico Kelly in his heyday!). I played centre mid against him on many occasions and spent each match winding him up about his weight. He'd had enough in one game and "accidentally" stood on my big toe and broke it! Ah, happy days. ;D

William "Fatty" Foulke. He's the reason we get the chant "Who ate all the pies", apparently during a football match at half time he ate all his teams pies and oranges before they had a chance to have any. What a legend, seen video footage of him play against Man Utd in Utd's first season after they changed their name, he really was a beast
