What really pisses me off about the Welsh, is that they absolutely hate the English and NEVER lose the opportunity to say so BUT want to play in our English Leagues...(and recieve our taxes) A lot of crowd trouble has been caused by Swansea/Cardiff fans over the years travelling to English grounds, fuelled by Welsh Nationalism and Anti-English Hatred...and even the smaller Welsh clubs like Wrexham have jumped on the 'Argentina/We Hate England', bandwagon No disrespect to Welsh Clubs, but do us a favour eh, stay in Wales, form your own league (Premiership Sheep Shaggers League) and raise your own f#cking taxes...

A point deduction would be harsh imo, they should root out the individual and punish him. And as someone else has pointed out, you start dishing out points deduction for things being thrown from the crowd then we'd have had a fair few points deducted this season Quite true about some of our lot however, someone ended up being 'seriously' injured (the ref) and now sports a bit of a gash on his forehead. Dirty, Welsh scummers! so their only real crime is that they have better aim than our lot??

Punishment enough will be how the rest of the referees treat them for the remainder of the season odds on a red card or penalty against cardiff next match?

What really annoys me is hearing Dave Jones bleat on about how they have "done everything they can" to make the ground safe etc yet they STILL have standing...much easier for the culprit to hide I reckon!
No points deduction but at least close the standing areas until they stump up the cash for a new ground (or turn the dump into an all seater)...like all other clubs have had to do to comply with the Taylor Report

I totally disagree, the individuals need weeding out and banned for life. There are always one or two spacktards that ruin it for the rest. Let's face it, our club isn't whiter than white where throwing stuff on the pitch is concerned, assaulting opposition goalkeepers and generally having a shit name. Thank fuck the FA didn't dock us points, and I don't wish it on any other club, apart from Wolves.

I can't believe that any Stokie would call for Cardiff to be docked points because of this incident.
Christ how much stuff gets chucked inside the Brittania?
If Martins get's a bump on the head this weekend because some idiot in the Boothen has thrown a coin at him, would the same supporters still be calling for a points deduction as a punishment?

the problem is, that cardiff are answerable to the WELSH FA, even though they are in the english leage set-up they get their punishment mainly from wales- god knows why, but it explains their financial difficulties unnafecting their status while stockport, forest etc being hit with embargo`s etc. also, don`t forget the welsh fa overturned a cardiff players ban at the end of last season to allow him to play for the sheepshaggers in the cup final. i say they only get governed by the english fa or fuck off & play in their own shitty league & take swansea with them.

The 24 year old from Pontypridd has been released on bail and will appear at Cardiff Magistrates court on April 20th As for closing the ground - Cardiff move over to their new stadium as soon as the season ends.

Lmao at everyone here! but back to the point, did anyone see Dean come out after half time, he heads straight to the camera, points to the wound and says 'look what theyve done to me' (you can lip read him), whats that all about!!? Alright its happened, its far from ideal for the lad, but surley keepin your head down and getting on with the game would have been the more professional option

Cardiff shouldn't be playing in an English League anyway...they and Swansea need booting out... It is an agreement between England and Wales that 3 Welsh teams have the right to play in the English leagues if they qualify to. (Bardiff, Swansea and Wrexham) In return, a certain amount of waste from England is to be placed in Landfill sites throughout Wales. (A significant amount in Newport SW)

total and utter bollox cheshire. re coin throwing it aint big and it aint clever in fact its cowardly if i saw someone throw a coin at the britt i would see it as a duty to report the offender.it has happened at the britt and it shouldnt.we are having a great season idont want some thick twat fucking it up by chucking a coin at the officials or players because you can bet your house on the fact that the fa would come down on us like a ton of bricks we cant afford to have points deducted or play behind closed doors

cardiff get away with far to much, they always go crying to the FAW for red cards and most get over turned despite verging on edge of assault! there fans are scum always up to this sort of thing and should feck off back to wales or get a massive point deduction. hope they go bust

Nothing will beat the hundreds of peperamis being hurled at the linesman a few years ago at the Brit. Can't remember what game it was but it was a great site ;D Do you remember the Wagonwheels being handed out at an away game (I think it was Coventry). Lots of those ended up on the pitch, but not before there was a rousing rendition of: "Oh Whagonweels, are wonderfull, oh wagonwheels are wonderfull. *They're full of cream, jam and chocolate, oh wagonwheels are wonderfull" *(Or somit like that)

the main problem is your punishing the wrong people, if cardiff get punished then on the last game of the season, whats to stop a bunch of liverpool fans infiltrating a man ure game and throwing stuff at the ref, it would only increase the problem for me.
These idiots need weeding out and vharged by the police. Clubs do have a duty of care but no club can guaantee the absolute safety of those people on the pitch, we have ridiculous amounts of stewards and police at games as it is.

The Peperami game was against Coventry if I remember rightly. It was an evening game against West Ham, the famous Paper Plane evening ;D It was when Clive Clarke i think, had a perfectly good goal called offside and the lino got half the sentinel stand thrown at him, culminating in someones half eaten Wrights Pie fizzing just past his ear ;D Those peperami's were fantastic fishing bait though
