Thought was a trick but does say Football Trivia.
Paul- Joe Baker played for England and his brother played for Argentina against each other. Their father was Argentinian and mother Scottish. Both chose different national sides. Obviously not the answer you have

Monkeycat you're right- was USA. Where I got Argentina from not sure. Think was getting confused with Jose Luis Brown who could have played for Ireland

Am sure was Argentina but could be right above They didn't actually choose to play for England and USA, they both wanted to play for Scotland, but back then you had to play for the country you were born in. Joe was born in Liverpool, and his brother was born in USA (their father was in the forces)
