He kicked a seat..out of frustration probably, i don't know...and nothing condones what he's done.. But your thread title is a little OTT IMO. Smashing seats would indicate, that he went on a one man mission ripping out a number of seats and smashing them up, but to kick one seat and a bit of plastic hit you on the head!! just my opinion though This was not out of frustration. was pure malice. More than 1 seat was broken and the chap in question was laughing. Furthermore, as per a quote further down I did challenge the individual, got told to fuck off and mind my own business! The only reason i mention it on this message board is for people to formulate their own opinions about some of the clowns who call themselves stoke fans!!

If people pay £30-£40 pound to attend a a football match then they are well within their rights to smash up a seat and throw it at whoever they want. Just an opinion.

I think you might find your in the minority with that opinion... People pay £30-£40 to turn up to a football match & enjoy their day out, not to act like a complete prick by vandalising the ground!

Row 27 there was a hard lad breaking a seat. I was on row 28, he was in the seat infront of me. Broke about 4 or 5 in total.

As this person can be identified from his seat location and ticket sales (and possibly CCTV) it would not suprise me if the club pass details to the police for a charge of criminal damage, and if they do then quite right in my opinion!
