Josh Whittaker (sound bloke) has just taken over as manager so hopefully he will soon have it running like clockwork.

The fact that when the ID cards were around they took about 8 weeks to come wasn't great ??? And i was the wrong ST around a week before the 1st game gave me a fright.. away tickets are usually easy to get hold of though.

I had bad exeriences with Margaret but only once but it was a fookin nightmare experience truth be told, I was there for 20 minutes trying to explain I wasn't lying about where my mate lived Other than that, I have had most amiable experiences with the ticket office and God bless 'em all!

Yes Josh did do some presenting on SC World. But he wasn't YTS - he worked for Stoke during his Uni vacations.

The way we are at the moment with this ticketing system for away tickets I will never likely get to go a Premiership away game again.
I still do not see why away tickets cannot be sold in the club shop in Hanley.

Apart from the outrageously long waits at the obvious times(Manure away) I have managed to get tickets for every away game this season quickly and easily over the phone. They even pay the postage to get them out to me.

I still do not see why away tickets cannot be sold in the club shop in Hanley. Yes you could, Sunderland tickets will go to general sale, where you can buy one over the phone. The way the ticket office do it is fair as it's only right that those who go to most away games have priority on tickets.
