Signed. Considering he got us promoted with a shit team last season I think he deserves at least 1 season of complete support. Half way through and we are doing better than most people expected (probably including everybody calling for his head now) It would be the most rediculous sacking of a manager in history if he went... people need to get behind him.

I'm not looking for any sort of regime change and said I would give the manager this season. However, are people here seriously saying they are behind TP now, regardless of anything that happens? If he plays Pericard in EVERY single game, refuses to sign anyone and we lose EVERY single match between now and the end of the season? Because that's what 100% means. Utterly blind and unquestioning allegiance, in any aspect of life, is the worst kind of support I can imagine. No it doesnt Smudge. I consider myself to be 100% behind Tony. However I do disagree with some of his decisions and believe misgivings should be aired. Why 100% 1) I disagreed with some of his decisions last year but he proved me wrong 2) If Tony left now we would surely be doomed due to the upset of it all 3) I cant think of a better prospect so why should I want him out. To my mind the worst kind of support is that which constantly asks for change based purely upon personal dislike but without any consideration of the impact upon the club or any suggestion of what that change should be.

There seems to be some misunderstanding of "100%". That means EVERYTHING!!! You can't have doubts and be 100% behind something. If you have doubts then surely that makes it less than 100%. I'm surprised that anyone can express 100% belief after a run of two wins in twelve (one of which came against Rotherham). That looks suspiciously like blind faith and an absence of reasoning. Like I said, I'm not looking for regime change, but I genuinely can't believe the sheep-like, unquestioning mentality being expressed by some. It doesn't make you a bad person to express concerns, unhappiness or to question somebody's methods and approach. That's what Internet forums are for. Peace out.

Maybe 100% is the wrong term to use .
Though some of the stuff he does is baffling , like playing Pericard , he does have my full backing .
I am sure even the top managers have fans questioning some decisions.

At this moment, honestly? No I'm not. I'm not shouting Pulis Out either, I respect him as a person and of course I'm recognising everything he's done, but he's got a lot to prove over the next few weeks and he's lost some credibility with me over the last few.

100% behind SCFC and have been for all of my sentient life. I believe every manager we've ever had has done his best (even Alan Ball, Chris Kamara and Brian Little) and also believe it is our right as fans, who will be here long after the players and management, to have our doubts and ask questions about the conduct and performance of the club's employees. I 100% hope for better, as should we all.

erri can't sign this no. I agree with Smudge, to be 100% behind Pulis means that you are willing to support each and every single he decision he makes, regardless of how bad it may be. Again, like Smudge, I have no desire to see Pulis sacked, yet, but some of his decisions recently (Pericard being allowed to pull on a stoke shirt ahead of anyone for example) have been outright wrong and they are costing us. I want to be wrong, i really do, but i increasingly believe that TP could well be out of his depth in the prem.
However, with 20 pts on the board, all is certainly not lost and for what he did last season, he deserves his chance. So go on TP, you have my near 100% backing (about 85% tbh)!
