Sounds promising.
Has Sonks not been charged with assault yet?

Issiar Dia (born 8 June 1987 in Sèvres) is a Senegalese footballer currently playing his trade with AS Nancy-Lorraine.
Pacy winger Issiar Dia is one of the hottest prospects currently playing within French football, Dia is a recent arrival to the Stade Marcel Picot after arriving in the 2006 summer transfer window for €2 million under the management of Pablo Correa. Dia made his name with Ligue 2 side Amiens SC where he performed brilliantly despite only being a teenager. The forward player can play on either flank as well as being able to play in the striker role.
Dia is incredibly gifted and has been likened to France international Frank Ribery, since joining AS Nancy he has been a revelation and has 'wowed' fans' all across France. The wide man is often deployed on the right side of the attack and his superb start to his AS Nancy career earned him a call up to the France U-21 squad - the country of his birth. Despite this, after his 21st birthday, Dia chose to pledge his future to the Senegalese. He was selected for the squad the first time possible, against Gambia, and came on as a substitute in the 61st minute for Frederic Mendy.
As well as being incredibly quick, Dia possesses great strength allowing him to shield the ball easily when he is holding up play. Dia is not a prolific goalscorer but he does occasionally find the net but is more likely to be found on top of the assists' leader board. Dia is destined for great things with Nancy and the wide man has been a success with the side already and still only in his teens, things can only get better for the Frenchman
INTERESTING!!

interesting, i wonder if Pulis will be keen to take a player's advice after Fuller recommending Demar Phillips. i presume Pulis will send Kemp, Rudge or Francis to have a look at him before thinking about signing him

That’s the one Sov. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a penalty like it.

On the one hand, it's great to Sonko making a contribution other than needlessly scything down players in the box.
On the other, why does he need to alert other clubs?

As long as he isn't as bad as Sonko, he could be a good signing.

It sounds like this bloke's reputation, and pricetag, may already have outgrown a move to Stoke?

Makes you think that the Dindane story MAY have been just a smokescreen..

That’s the one Sov. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a penalty like it. Neither have I. Cast iron and Stonewall dont even describe it. The last time I saw a challenge like that, it was a transit van ram raiding an off licence.

Makes you think that the Dindane story MAY have been just a smokescreen.. Could be slang. I can't see us having more than one "nippy" player in the squad.

We might aswell build the whole Senegal team ;D Better than Sunderland who under Roy Keane were trying to build the whole Donegal team! ;D

very interesting - he seems most keen. although demar might have had a chance at a team that puts less emphasis on size, and we still seem to be following rudolf austin. we wouldnt blindly sign people i dont think.
but from sonko whos played in the prem for a couple of seasons id be happier taking a recomendation than from fuller

Are we looking at about £5 million, would you say, FM? God knows, GK. I've just googled an article about Marseille interest in him - and the journalist said a starting price might be 5m Euros?

I think we will get this lad, Tommy Smith or Dindane. One of the three.
Plus Surman, Etherington and Camara. That would represent a good transfer window, for my money. This lad looks the real deal and it would appear we are definitely in the market for a nippy player.
