with what he has said tongiht i reckon we wont get to see him next week i reckon he'l be gone by wednesday
Blackburn manager Paul Ince on his future:
"It doesn't matter about Paul Ince, it matters about these players. What will be will be.
"I'm disappointed for my players and the fans who have come in abundance and we've let them down, we'll have to take stock and start again on Monday.
"I don't care who's in charge, me or Alex Ferguson, giving away a two goal start will always be trouble."

There or not, they'll probably beat us next week, I don't see us winning away from home all season.

Had a feeling he would fuck up that job, he set his stall out early when he decided to give Robbie Fowler a contract and signed Keith Andrews, he's totally out of his depth, should have stayed in the lower league for a few more seasons, perhaps taken a championship club on, I think he'll be back though, he did well at Macc and MK Dons.
They should give him one more game though, we're bound to hand him 3pts on a platter next week.

TP says we need at least 3 away wins so it'll be criminal if he sets the team up for a nil nil again. C'mon TP show some balls! Just watched Hull v the scousers & its amazing what can happen if you attack teams away from home.

A win for us next week gives us a 10 point cushion over Blackburn - not unsurmountable I know but pretty hefty... and with West Brazil already doomed will be looking to just avoid that one relegation spot with the rest of the mini-league (if 12 clubs is even that mini)
It's massive: if Ince stays until Sat the crowd will be on his back from the start. I have had texts from Rovers fans saying they want us to win to get rid quick.
Crucial TP sets us out to win this - must start with at least ONE incisive midfielder ....PLEASE!

I'd be surprised if he's still manager by saturday, but they might give him one more game, since it's us who will be arriving with 3pts gift wrapped for him

Serpico, where's your optimism man? Roll over and die is not what we do (cough), surely! ;D Bar the second half at Newcastle, our performances away from home have been nothing short of diabolical, it's almost as if Pulis has written off away games and decided our home form will be enough, which on todays showing is a risky plan, it seems our away form has leaked it's way into our home performances, where we just sit back and play for set pieces when attacking. There's being cautious and there's being overly cautious to the point where it's dangerous, when we play away from home we venture into the latter more often than not. And as Hull have proved, it's far more productive to go with a nothing to lose attitude and actually attack teams rather than sit back inviting a raping, it hasn't worked yet all season and it's not going to work, thats why I believe we're not going to win many (if any at all) away games. Quite simply we cannot keep going away from home playing how we have been, it's simple as that, something has to change.

Its not unheard of for managers in a desolate position to turn it around all of a sudden as the players react to the situation. Lets just hope they are still on the downward next week.

I'm really sorry to have to say this but i fear that serpico may be right on this one. 3 pts for blackburn for a couple of reasons, whenever a team has not won/scored or the like you can bet your house on it that it will change when they play stoke. Secondly, to win means we have to score at least one goal, with the forward line/ midfield that we can put out, where does anyone see a goal coming from? I really can't see us getting another point this year, infact until we have a couple of forwards who know where the net is, sorry but for all of you that like cressbad and extol the work he puts in yesterdays miss was a howler and that's why he should never be anywhere near the first team, along with quite a few others. I just hope that pulis can bring some talent in..although i will not hold my breath, i think it will be more of the same, works arrrrd, puts a shift in I think journeyman is the word he's looking for ???

24 hours and he could be gone, I personally don't think it will matter wether he's there or not, they will beat us, unless the players actually want to get him sacked, then they might roll over for us ? it'd have to be a monumental roll over for them to hand us the win though, they might have to physically force us into their half and score a few OG's www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/blackburn/article5342695.ece

He's pleading for one last chance. I reckon he thinks they'll beat us easy thus giving himself a stay of execution.

It's got a bit of a 'last chance' feel about it, which given how we did against Newcastle (H) last year, and Spurs (H) this, should suit us. I just hope we take the game to them, or at least get in their faces. Go 1-0 up, with celebrating Stokies all round the ground, and it will be almost apocalyptic up there ;D
While a draw at a rival is not the end of the world, we could really do with a win to drop them right in it, and give us a boost before 5 very hard games. Losing would be a sickener - the only boost being that it would give that plank a bit longer to ruin their season.

I do think he'll be there a while longer after we give them a spanking on saturday, but if they stay inthe relegation zone after feb, he'll get the chop then unless he walks.
