Zay Angola All the promise in the world wrecked by McMahon at Swindon I was at that game Trebor. Didnt we win one nowt with a Toddy Orlyggson screamer? Decent turnout that day from Stoke and the win saved us from the drop with about three games to go. My own contribution ..... Kenny Lowe I saw Kenny pass Leek Town to death for Barrow in the FA Trophy final at Wembley. I thought he would be massive. No doubting his abilities but not at CCC level. He was woeful. Just shows you the difference between good semi-pro and FT pro in Div1 and Div2.

Alleluia John Tudor, John Tudor
Dave Kitson (oh no, he wasn't even close to nearly making it at Stoke)
John Farmer (he should have replaced Banksie as England's number one - wasted his talent)

Ole '8' Albrigtsen. Remember him?
And then Paul Randall. He scored goals for fun at Bristol Rovers (?) and signed for Stoke. He scored a few goals for us, but nowhere the same goalratio as before. We sold him back to Bristol Rovers (?) and he immediately started scoring goals galore again.

Damn, SRF! You beat me with a few seconds! But I remebered the '8'... ;D The fat former police officer who pissed on something like the Third Division in Norway and Gudjon thought he could do something here at the age of 27

Did I imagine Colin Cramb, or somebody Cramb? Guy who left us with a mysterious muscle problem or something. Him, anyway.
There was a poster of Dean Crowe playing for us in 'Shoot' magazine just before we sold him to Rochdale.
