Sorry but don't think he is needed Dicko is more then capable and Motm Vs Castle also with Pugh who is imense there also but imo should play in the middle. Welcome back Griff but Dicko should be first choice to play LB.

Dicko is more than capable though.
Griff will probably be first choice when he's fit, but Dicko will never let the side down.

'I should never of left.' Translation: 'Jewell's told me to do one.'
I've been laughing like a drain watching Griff on MOTD on his arse, again, as some Premiership kid skins him, again, and his team lose 6-0, again.
Welcome back to your level, you money-grabbing tool.

He made a genuine mistake, but has apologised to the fans of this club and should be welcomed back with open arms. He was one of our better players last year and will add to our attacking play as well as defensively. Although Dicko is likely to be sacrificed for now, he is a young guy and will learn from experienced pro's like Griffin. Also, I like the long-term deal we've offered. He would be a better player in the Prem if we make it, as Pulis is one of the best defensive coaches around. If we do continue to progress and he does find himself out of the team, a decent Championship side would at least match the fee we paid to bring him in. Everyone's a winner!!
