I saw the whole interview/debate live this morning and was seething at that hack's final comment that "Pulis should buy some footballers." Personally, I think it is about time that the Daily Express now employ a skilful reporter with flair, who writes beautifully, intelligently and factually, not this short-sighted two-footed tackler who enjoys putting the boot in against decent, hard-working professional footballers. If I was a Stoke player, I would seriously think about suing Dennis for his very public and slanderous assertions. I also think that Wenger must be under a tremendous strain and I have genuine concerns for his mental health. I wish him well and recommend Dolland and Aitchison opticians in the short term for him.

Mick Dennis - a true coward. To say that after the interview is true cowardice. Can you imagine if he had said that directly to Tone for him to respond? A derogatory remark that affects every person connected with our club.
A complete wanker.

I think it's a huge compliment that the manager of one of the big four is deflecting attention away from his team by criticising us, it shows just how far we have come and is a good indication that even the "big" teams are now starting to fear us. Wenger and Ferguson have been playing these mind games for years and now Tone is being given the chance to mix it and is showing he can handle these pricks perfectly well. Anyone with half a brain can see what is going on and the majority of fans are backing Stoke. The only downside to all of this is that the spotlight has been turned on us and I just hope refs will not be coming to the Brit and looking to "put us in our place". What amazes me most in all of this is that Rob Styles was at the centre of it.....did the twat suddenly develop a conscience and decide to repay us for the years of suffering he has inflicted on us?

( Why? It's a fucking shit-rag full of tattle and lies. Just don't read the thing. Unless you love reading about Princess Diana, of course...

Mick Dennis is a scrote of the highest order, and got well and truly shown up by Tone. Who the fuck does he think he is anyway, to argue with Pulis? What's Mick Dennis ever done for the game? Its knobs lke Mick Dennis who want well and truly putting in their place. They know fuck all about football, and don't deserve their opinion's to be aired. My in-laws, are shit fans, and even they were saying how disgusted they were with Knob head Durham's comments over the weekend. The problem is that we let them wind us up, I know, cuz i'm guilty of it too. Come May, when we survive, we can remember all these titwanks and give a collective middle finger to them all. They're all merely setting themselves up for a huge fall, and when it comes, we'll be here to remind the world of what they said. In any other profession, you'd lose your job for getting it wrong on so many occasions. Lets hope the same happens to Dennis, Durham and that wanker Hale from BBC WM (I haven't forgotten you, Yam Yam pissflap!)

Nice to see TP putting that gobshite in his place. I taught Tone handled himself really well, didnt go over the top, which he would have been entitled to do with the rubbish Dennis was on about, and did a nice job of getting his message across. We are Stoke, if you come to the Brit you better be up for a fight and the Arse werent and that the end of it really

Where on earth does Mick Dennis get off trying to put all the ills of English football onto our shoulders? Not once did he mention the dreadful disparity of money spent by teams and the fact that teams like Stoke HAVE to compete to have any hope of surviving. Give us £600M and we'll put out a Chelsea-style team!

In all seriousness, Dennis has clearly got some serious issues with Stoke City Football Club that go far beyond football. He's like a vicious, nasty dog with a bone.
But, frankly, if he hadn't made his Stoke-hating such a feature of his media whoring, I wouldn't have a clue who the little arse was.

he seems to think that because he 'referees kids football' he has some god given right to criticise the way we play. he clearly cant make a very good referee if he's as short sighted as to not see that the way we play is pretty much directly linked to the greed and distribution of money in english football. like smudge says, give us the same money as chelsea and watch us play the beautiful game.
