lol im pleased for him, hes not hid from the disappointment from leaving a massive club like stoke and has gone to scunny and scored hatfuls
besides hes scoring against our "promotion rivals" isn't he
although we all know Ipswich will fall away!

pato is a former stoke player and a STOKE FAN born and bred in this city
why not praise him?

Bottom line is that when he had the chance with us he blew it big style.
Don't have a problem with him now doing well for his new club, but now the tribunal money has been sorted, must confess, I don't really care any more.

Why not praise tony pulis's signing 'ricardo fuller' for scoring 2 goals yesterday?

Now the tribunal has past, a take nothing more than a 'passing interest' in how Pato is doing. I liked him as a player, and he is a Stokie, but I'm not very concerned with how he is doing.

Again bbm, why keep on with this stupid vendetta against our marvellous manager tony pulis, your clearly having a dig at him with your PATO WATCH crap. Admit pulis is a cracking manager to get this team into the top 4!!

so anyone with a slightly different opinion to you HAS tobe one of those three?
like i say i hate the style of football, but you have to respect TP for the position we are in

Yes that's right, because no other player dropped a bollock all season did they? Or TP never put a totally negative side out against wank opposition either did he?
Blaming Patto for us not getting promotion is utter bollox.
I take an interest in how the lad is doing , nothing more or less.

Yeh how great would it have been if we'd have kept him, a born and bred stokie banging em in for us ? shame Pulis and co didn't deem him good enough to offer him a decent contract, a player they now value at just under £1m, they've dropped huge ball in letting him go, it gripes even more when you see Pericard sitting on the bench.

On alot less money than Pericannot aswell. We dropped a bollock big style which to me was highlighted superbly by Rudge and Tones pissed off reaction to the 305k fee. They probably knew they'd fucked up.
Oh well. Nothing we can do about now other than, What if?

Post by nathan on Dec 16, 2007 18:14:59 GMT
They probably knew they'd fucked up. Or alternatively, they gave the standard response to any tribunal. 'Unhappy with the fee.' The usual drill is the buying team states a low estimation of the players worth, and the selling club states an over ambitious estimation. The fee is normally found in the middle ground.

1,He's a stoke fan.
2,He wasn't given a chance in his best position.
3,We didn't give him any reason to stay, he still wouldn't be playing now.
I will be taking interest in his performances and wishing him well.
