Listening to the commentary it sounded like we were sitting back a bit in the second half instead of going for it, as in the best form of defence is attack. TP hinted as much in his interview and sounded a bit pissed off that we had. Maybe it isnt TP telling them to back off.

I actually don't think it was a tactical thing at all, there were two main reasons IMO. 1) I think some of the lads thought the game was won 2) Blackpool did have a go at us second half
Despite taking our foot off the gas you never really felt in any real danger of us letting it slip.

I suppose they were always going to come out fighting in the second half & to be honest maybe it wasn't us sitting back as much as them playing better.

Not moaning at all mate. As an exile serving abroard it is hard to get a true sense of the game off the internet...hence me asking anyone who was at the game for there opinion.

We seemed to go slack when we went three one up. Before they got their second Smithy noticed we'd "left two out." I assume that means we left two unmarked.
