Absolutely wonderful what a lovely lad. Got me quite emotional but also very proud to be a Stoke City supporter for almost 60 years. Thank you for sharing.

Not remotely a fan of SS, but this is such a brilliant touch at a human level.
Genuinely sincere and very well done!

Fantastic young lad,his parents must be really proud. I would say so. A very polite and well mannered lad despite what he’s been through. Well done Stoke to for making his day.

Great video.
Well done Henri, fantastic effort on the fundraising and keep scoring them goals!
Separately, we need to see a bit more of this side of the players. They’re a decent bunch of lads based on this. Maybe if we got to know them a bit more we’d relate a bit more and get that rapport going.
Shawcross, Walters and Schumacher are all much more confident engaging in small talk and being personable. Schumacher remembered loads from that 30 second conversation (£s raised, Drs name etc.) which demonstrates (for me) an excellent man management side. He seems to have brought a relaxed, yet disciplined approach (oxymoron much) to things.
As said above, Tomorrow’s pre game speech is easy.

What a great watch.
Henris parents must be so proud of their son he really is an inspirational young man and you could tell the players were humbled when SS told them his story (which he did very well).
Thought the players, the manager and JW were a credit to the club and it’s something that they should do more often as amazing people like Henri will keep the players feet on the ground and hopefully show them that they’re great people in the community that they play for.
Special shout out for the manager who clearly genuinly cared about Henri, Bonham, Baker and Burger who always comes accross so well and grounded.

Only just seen this. What a lovely, polite, and humble young lad. What he's been through sounds absolutely horrific but he has thankfully survived it and has the guts and determination to make the best of his ordeal. Fantastic gesture by the club, and several players especially went above and beyond, especially Bonham and Burger, Henri's favourite players. Nice touch from SS as well.
Well done to all involved, it's a day Henri will always remember. Best wishes also to Henri himself.

Brilliant, what a lovely young lad. Don't care what people think of Schumacher as a manager, what does come across is what a genuine, humble person he is. This will take him further in life than any football career can. Well done SS.

Just got to add a post after watching that. Well done Henri for your fundraising, what a credit you are to you and your family, the city and a special mention to the lads at SCFC. Well done.
