Said before he was right I was wrong and no problem in raising it Why say it in the first place and run the risk of making yourself look so foolish? because it’s just an opinion

Great win and credit to SS for picking a team flor the game, Cundle, Wilmott and Thompson all inspired picks. We shouldn’t go overboard. They were a poor side with no midfield once Fordham went off, the space and time Thompson had was ridiculous and Bae and Cundle used the freedom very well. Yet we took a long while to work them out When they switched to 4-3-3 second half we were never in trouble. We still need to find a way to play when teams press us and it won’t be with that midfield on a regular basis. Big Andy Fordham in midfield. No wonder we beat them.

Said before he was right I was wrong and no problem in raising it Certain that I backed Alex Neil on two occasions in the past myself. How stupid does THAT look now? Don't worry mate I was thinking about Europe after that day in the Park Inn 😁😁

While I agree we are pretty much guaranteed Champo footy next year, your stats are way off webby mate...Sheff Wed still have 3 games to play so can get 53 points, while Brum can get 52...Uddersfield could still overtake us by winning their last 2 games. Huddersfield could also get 51 points (highly unlikely as they still have to play Ipswich away and if they beat Brum, Brum wouldn't be able to catch us... We'll be OK, but mathematically, it could still go tits up Ah, didn't see that sheff Wed still had 3 to play... Making my head hurt but surely we are safe even if Sheffield Wednesday win all their games and overtake us brum and huddersfield can't win both theirs as they play each other so even if hudds won both brum wouldn't have enough and if brum won both hudds wouldn't have enough am i right?

Yeah looking if sheff won all 3 they go above us and if brum won both and we lose both could go down by 2 points Or if brum won one drew one and we lose both could go on gd.

You've got to factor in some of the other teams currently below us even in the scenario of Sheffield Wednesday winning last three that puts Blackburn Rovers still on 49 points having to play Coventry then Leicester, Plymouth themselves have Milwall and Hull to come. I think we should be ok it would take some insane results to put us back in relegation. Even if we get nothing from Southampton (i actually think we could get at least a point) Brizzle will be well and truly on the beach, i fancy us getting at least a point at home against them too...hopefully all 3 i think we'll be well up for it like today

Cundle had a good one? That's lovely to hear. I've kinda shat all over him since he arrived. Outstanding today he was everywhere. Schumacher got it spot on today. We were brilliant. Could have been more. If we stay up a decent striker would make us a different animal. Cheers mate! I just thought he was too lightweight for what we needed. Maybe the goal last game settled him in. Love it when I'm proven wrong about a negative opinion on our players.

Up to half time the game was relatively even & Million was totally ineffective with the full back beating him for pace, million losing the ball every time it was played to him. Then out of th3 blue Hoever scores on 45 minutes - goals do change games, we were then all over them andMillion has a shot - only positive thing he did all half - and scores - good goal took goalie by surprise really.
Second half he was better bu5 still play broke down when it was played to him, because he is really too lightweight and gets knocked off the ball like a 15 year old novice. Needs to learn to protect the ball and drawing a foul when muscled out, which is how the clever slightly built good players manage the game.
Thompson, Cundle, Juno top players and defence looked solid, Laurent contributed well and of course Burger class when he came on. Well done Schumacher getting to know his best team and how to set up. Yes we’re safe now.

The Sheffield result changes things. Very much so, another win for Wednesday next weekend coupled with Birmingham beating Huddersfield and we are right back in it, assuming we get nothing at Southampton. On the other hand if Birmingham get beaten by Huddersfield then it is a stress free last game v Bristol City.

Both clubs charged for failing to control players after the handbags incident! Pathetic. Man U do that after every decision against them. Even some for them.

Five socially awkward, inept males broadcasting from their parents spare bedroom before being called down for tea at 5pm One of whom thinks he is intelligent because he used the word 'Leviathan' -ironic given that it means sea monster, and the land-locked SCFC battered the dolphin botherers 3-0
