Its bloody stupid, Leicester are dunking us in the relegation zone like a digestive in a cup of tea. They lost to Millwall 1-0. They lost to Plymouth tonight 1-0. Barely beat Birmingham 2-1. Lost to QPR 2-1.
Its absolutely stupid and they're just the results in the last 3 weeks. They're dunking us right in it giving teams confidence and saying we play Plymouth next Saturday, they're gonna be right up for the staying up saga now, especially if Wednesday do what they probably will and beat us. Leicester still have Blackburn to play so no doubt they'll lose to them aswell to secure the last laugh of our campaign. Either they're bottling the league to get us back for the 07-08 season when we relegated them or they want to bottle the league because they're scared FFP is gonna slap them when they go up. Either way, they've gave us a right fight now and if Scheuy doesnt get it right tomorrow and Leicester dont get it right on last day vs BBR then we are in BIG trouble, as if we already arent. If my math is correct, if Leicester didnt fuck up vs them 4 teams, we'd be 16th right now.
Thoughts?
Annoying as it is and emotions to one side, we should, at no point in the season, have to rely on teams doing us a "favour" Our predicament is entirely of our own making. The manager and players need to take a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror this morning.

Damn right.
In 10 years time when we're still languishing in League One, staff, pundits and fans alike will still be looking back and saying 'All this is fuckin' Leicester's fault this is".

We've managed to do that all by ourselves by playing like a bunch of untrained chimps. They certainly aren't helping our cause though the absolute bastards.

We've done it ourselves with the results against teams around us.
2 defeats against Blackburn 1 point against Millwall Home defeats to Birmingham & Sheff Wed ,the latter late in the game. Stoppage time defeat at Plymouth. 1 point against Swansea.Ironically though we can put it to bed by beating Sheffield and Plymouth, I wouldn't bank on it mind.
It's taken a special kind of wankness to find ourselves in this position and we've excelled!

We've had more than enough games against teams in and around us to be masters of our own fate during this run in so the onus is completely on us.
If you gave me games against Plymouth, Huddersfield, Swansea, Wednesday and can survive by not losing those games then it's on us.
Doesn't change the fact Leicester are shithouses and I hope they don't go up and start on minus points next year because their current position on breaking ffp is taking the piss.

Could it make our match against Plymouth easier now they are less desperate for points? Could be a good thing. They will be desperate to send Schue down.

Certainly doing their best. That said those clubs have started to put a shift in and dig in. You can’t help thinking that we would just roll over

Nope, but it’s still in our hands, get proper twitchy when it ain’t, and they may be the case come 16:45 satdee Even if we lose at Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield somehow beat Bristol city we will still be 20th on goal difference unless we lose heavily or udders win handsomely. The game when it will be out of our hand if we lose could then be at home next weekend vs Argyle when Sheffield are away to Blackburn and udders are home to Swansea. To avoid that squeaky bum scenario we need at least a point today but a win will give us breathing space. Plymouth were quite impressive last night, we’d have play really well if they recreate that performance, 🤞for today

I would say we are where we are because we have been woeful. Nothing to do with Leicester.

Southampton are back in the automatic mix too now.
If we lose to Plymouth then I really feel the worst. Southampton will smash us.
