You sure? 1998 Birmingham City beat Stoke 7–0 at home which sparked ugly scenes from some angry supporters. Bates and Peter Coates left as Stoke headed for relegation. Chris Kamara came in but was sacked after winning just one of his 14 matches in charge. Former manager Alan Durban returned for the final few matches which saw Stoke needing to beat Manchester City on the final day to stay up. They lost 5–2 and fell into the third tier.[1]

It’s my 50th year watching Stoke ‘my fellow tit’. So I think I’m mature enough by now. It’s the serious knicker wetting by people like you that make me laugh when we lose. How were you when we beat PNE and Hull?? Anyway, see you at Sheffield on Saturday….of not What knicker wetting? I’m just not willing to pay money to watch such absolute shit. If you are willing to carry on then good for you. PNE and Hull were only “good” games because we won, so fricking what?!?! Only good games because we won. You are special fella.

The only consolation is if we do go down JC can spend as much as he likes to get us back up. If we go down we will stay down

Well Sheffield Wednesday and Plymouth just need to play on the front foot, hassle when we have the ball and we’ll probably crumble Why do we play much better against the better teams? Depressing

Those games were atrocious quality wise, but good because we won as we support Stoke right? West Brom was a game that we actually played well and drew, Birmingham at home we lost but played really well. That I can tolerate and watch, abject shit we have been served up over and over again I can’t- win or lose. Is that a bit clearer now?

Spurious referee decisions aside, that was a total dogshit performance to end all dogshit performances. Not really a single player looked up for it or even worthy of the shirt.

That 'useless' defender Tymon had Meinhof in his pocket all match. He didn't be fair We had so little possession the last third Manhoef was the one player who looked like we might do something...and we took him off

If, and it’s a big if, we stay up , we’re in for a hellish transfer window trying to shift the absolute garbage we have on our books, again.

I hope SJW, kicked the door off the hinges of the dressing room at full time, flew straight up to Vidigal and head-butted him through the wall, slapped Ennis across the room and booted Cundle hard in the knackers as he pulled up his stool whilst simultaneously bog flushing Schumacher... all before drawing his first breath: "That will never fucking happen again...not on my watch!"

Can we please stop saying we don't need VAR now?? Please? Why, because we have had a couple of decisions go against us? We don't need VAR and I am happy to take the rough with the smooth. I see it as part of the emotion of watching football.

From the first few minutes I knew we weren’t up to it…literally couldn’t string two passes together 🔴⚪️ Yep, you can tell very quickly and rarely do we change. So for failing to sort them out in the first ten minutes the manage needs to accept some responsibility. We see it, why can’t successive managers?.

Just think about it,Sheffield Wed.could do the double over us. I went through the fixtures and our results against those around us are absolutely shocking. Blackburn did the double. We gave 3/6 to Brum. 2 draws with udders .. Etc etc. We are so bad.
