Do they consider colour clashes for people with colour blindness? That seems to be a regular oversight (no pun intended). That's a good point. It wasn't specifically mentioned in the context of strip choices, but the retail manager did say that red/black colour blindness is one of the reasons the League likes plain panels on the back of the striped shirt as some fans can't read a black number on red/white stripes. It was said that broadcast commentators don't like it either. I was discussing this with my lad - also there - and we wondered if much consultation went on with whoever supplies the numbers and text. Allowing a bit of freedom in terms of colours and putting a decent border round each character should help them stand out - even on stripes.

This. The only old badge I'd bring back is the "80's" one - Kiln, Knot, SCFC. I don't mind the blue on the current one. (Puts tin hat on). I also attended last night - interesting session and hopefully something constructive and positive comes out of it. Chatting to Simon King, he said the next consultation session is around the standing/awayfans move in the South Stand. I put a suggestion that badge be added to the back of the shirt like last seasons white strip Nice one. I thought of it after, when somebody raised the question of the old badge(s) featuring again. I'd already submitted my sheet though - with the Stafss Knot or kiln as suggestions. One other possibility might be to watermark the old badges into the stripes (a bit like the 94/95 Asics shirt). Subtle enough not to interfere with the new one, but obvious enough to fans.

With a doner meat sash would be great. Available in sponsored, non-sponsored, with or without salad. And splashed with chilli sauce after I've passed out on the sofa pissed up with a half eaten kebab.

I really think this season's home kit is really good apart from the white panel at the back. The white panel is the reason why I haven't bought it to be honest.

I really think this season's home kit is really good apart from the white panel at the back. The white panel is the reason why I haven't bought it to be honest. That was also discussed and the Head of Retail, recognised the panel this season wasn’t great. It is part of the EFL guidelines as it’s easier to read the numbers etc. stripes aren’t ruled out completely. The design on weds gave a choice of stripes, solid white panel or solid red panel. The other thing to note that as well as the shirt we created, a fan made shirt is thrown into consideration which I think would be a popular choice and also a shirt that’s inspired by previous kits from Inter Milan & Athletico Madrid. More news will come around June time in the next phase of the design including material. Probably know by then if the kit manufacturer has changed & the 24/25 shirt.

The video appears to show 3 or so concept macron designs Bit misleading without context. They're the concept kit designs that fans have created and were being looked at during the consideration process. Fans who stated an intention to attend the evening were asked to forward in ideas and designs of new kits.. Guessing its just easier to design a kit with Macron badging as we've had them for years now and although the new deal hasn't been signed off yet, its meant to be in the pipeline & close. Albeit someone posted on here they thought it had already been signed. So those concept kit designs are fan produced, not by Macron. Although the initial ideas and proposed kit designs that were debated on Wednesday evening are being forwarded on to the kit manufacturers in the next few weeks to work on designs. Most likely be Macron but hadn't been confirmed as of last Wednesday evening.

At the meeting, did any one bring up a change of badge? Eyes left please people...simple, easily digitized, screams Stoke City (maybe add 1863 under kiln?)

At the meeting, did any one bring up a change of badge? It was discussed and will be looked at again in the future but not right now, to change the logo would be a costly exercise for the club. I'll do it for Mini Rolls

At the meeting, did any one bring up a change of badge? Eyes left please people...simple, easily digitized, screams Stoke City (maybe add 1863 under kiln?) Very Stoke the last few years: The stripes, located in a ‘go faster’ pattern indicating just how lacking in pace, and thought, our players are. A bottle kiln referencing the lack of bottle shown by managers, players and owners in recent times, and.. Nine C’s: The amount of worthless C’s that turn out for us that would’nt know the history of the club or area if hit them in their oatcake. For me, I’m more of a traditionalist so it’s the quarters with An ‘M6 Closed’ sign A line of monkey dust Last couple, at opposite corners, we could try and sell for dodgy ffp money. A ‘You bet betting’s fun’ 365 ad and A ‘go fund me’ for a left back. Sorted. (Someone on here crafted a fake Stoke crest a bit ago which, I remember, is waaay better than mine)
