A lot of people look at the table and think "ooh this teams got a hard run of results" and allow it to comfort them in they'll lose.
Its beginning to become more obvious that people are more up for the fight than we are. With QPR unbeaten in 4 and beating teams like Leicester, there one to forget about. Sheffield Wednesday are well up for the fight, winning loads and unbeaten in 4 disregarding Leeds tonight (2 nil down at time of writing).
So that leaves 2 teams. Wednesday arent going to go down and by the looks of things, unfortunately its Stoke and Huddersfield. We need to improve and not look at other clubs but just look at us. Closest other team to occupy the hole is Birmingham. Its getting less tight by the day as the results dont go our way especially now millwall have pulled together. Even the bookies are now putting us in the 3. Tomorrows game is massive.

Why won't Weds go down? Or Birmingham, Millwall, Swansea, Plymouth, Huddersfield, Stoke, QPR? 'getting less tight ' Never seen it this tight this late in the season Absolutely any of these sides could finish in any order Edit I forgot Blackburn

We really need a win tomorrow to give us belief but I honestly struggle to see where goals will come from

We really need a win tomorrow to give us belief but I honestly struggle to see where goals will come from Birmingham? They've had a couple of wins since they beat us. They have a couple of forwards with goals in them. Very worrying times for all stoke fans and I just can't believe we didn't go all out for a proven championship striker. I can see us being bullied again tomorrow

Its in our hands full stop. Forget the other shyte teams in this relegation battle. Sort our own business and we stay up, its that simple. We can do it and the fans will 100% be required for the home games. All hands to the pump 🙌 🙏

It’s any 2 from that bunch at the bottom that will go - I think we’ve enough to survive with a bit of a margin but in reality it could be anyone who’s down there including us….. as stated, it’s in our own hands still……

I hate having to look at other teams, we shouldnt do that, we need to clear ourselves. Dont look where we are in the table, dont look at the other teams. Do what we can and thats all we can do.

It will be a close and tough fight but I think most fans feel much more hopeful and optimistic after the M'Boro and Leeds games and SJW's rallying call. We could very easily have got something out of Tuesday night - away from home against the form team in the league. Show that form and spirit tomorrow and thereafter and we've got every chance.

? Theyre below us in the table having played one more game than us. So as things stand, if they dont go down, we dont

So we only need to look at us and not other clubs, in a post riddled with looking at other clubs.
You’ll have to do a Ceefax style round up of all other teams, whilst we alone follow this inward journey, ignoring all other clubs.

It doesn't work like this for Stoke but by the championship norm a team in dire form like us goes on a decent run and Soton away is an end of season piss up.

We've been taking a fair old bullying lately, being 3-0 down to a rubbish outfit in Blackburn, battered by Leicester, Sunderland etc. I'm hoping we have turned a corner but we can't truly say that until we string a few results together, and for that we need goals.

Wouldn't say Preston bullied us, they did what was expected of them, swamped the midfield and won all the second ball. The only person who seemingly didn't see it coming picked our team and got it horribly wrong as usual. Talked a great game afterwards though

Even though the content of your argument is horrendous and probably alcohol induced, Your sentiment is correct. We need a win Tomorrow like never before. It’s getting tighter than the Red Sea shipping lanes.

I bet if you were to ask QPR and Sheff Wed fans, they would not consider themselves to be safe, and you have forgotten about Plymouth and Blackburn.

Would be really chuffed with 3 points but as you say I don’t think we’ll score enough. Scrappy 1-1 or 0-0 would be a good outcome

Looking at the remaining fixtures there are quite a few where teams in the bottom 8 are playing each other - in effect 6 pointers Birmingham have an extra game to play Hopefully we can keep this momentum going and manage our game time successfully Who cares how the ball goes in the net for a goal for us Amazing 12th man performance today from our fans
