Not impossible I suppose. Bookies still have us 1/4 on to stay up, so I’d rather believe them.

He's a Preston fan. Let's get them leathered.

A few weeks ago I believed it was inconceivable that we would go down. Sadly it is now a possibility. We need teams around us to underperform. They are probably thinking the same about us. Preston is the first of many games we need to get a result whilst hoping that our competitors don't.

We simply need to concentrate on getting the points required between now and end of season, to around the 50 mark. It doesn't matter what our immediate 'rivals' do in the meantime as by getting to our safety point other rivals will be dragged down! We just need to get the points!

Well we are in the bottom 3 and won what? 2 games in 10? Not exactly a revelation we might go down.

Fair comments about Stoke to be fair. Fact is its in our hands. And based on the last 2 games and what I consider has been a reset in mentality with SJW coming in i think we'll be okay by a point or 2.
But one thing is for certain after the Boro game, us the fans have a massive part to play, particularly at home. We need to recreate the Boro atmosphere for every game. Do that and I think we'll carry them over the line.
And on that basis the club should scrap player of the season this year and give it to the fans for putting up with 7 years of dross yet still turning up in massive numbers and giving it a good go.
Goooaaaarnnnn Stoke 👍

Unless we can start scoring goals it's a distinct possibility. He's managed to sort the general play out. But we don't have anyone to put the ball in the net. Don't think I've seen a bunch of players who have so poor an ability to strike the ball as this lot

A quarter of the season to go nearly
If 3 or 4 games would be concerned
Hardly sticking your neck out saying a team near the bottom might go down

As much chance of struggling to stay up as anyone in the pack and atrocious V us. A couple of good results doesn't change the fact they are where they are, we've won a couple lately and so have many at the bottom including ourselves

Personally I think that we’re going down this year. The last 2 performances have been good but we are still struggling to score goals & the defending still looks ropey.
We’re currently in the bottom 3 which means it’s not in our own hands until we are out of it.
We’re up against QPR who beat the league leaders away last week & got a point against promotion chasing West Brom last night.
Milllwall winning at Southampton, a team who is chasing the top 2.
Just look at the current form of the teams in & around us, they’re winning games & picking draws up. I just cannot see us winning more than 1 game in a row.
From what I’ve seen this season we cannot compete with that.
Hope I’m wrong!

The chance of us going down is very real, others in and around us seem to find ways of picking up points, we simply don't seem able to, at which is the most critical stage of the season. Performance levels are good, but that alone simply won't be enough.

I think we are doomed all the teams around us are improving even Wednesday who were dead & buried not long ago. The other thing that really bothers me is the plan to change things in the away end by moving the away fans. The last time any changes were made by filling in the corner we got relegated is this another unlucky omen.

With 10 games left to go anything can still happen, to a degree. If we won all our remaining games giving us 68 points, we'd still finish below, currently fourth placed Southampton. This might be hard to take people but, we can not, mathematically, achieve automatic promotion.
