If a bloke who thought they were a woman was on Twitter demanding lesbians needed to come to terms with sucking girl dick or else they're raging bigots would there be an investigation leading to a ban? Would there fuck - it's bonkers and unbelievably sinister.

Anyway getting off the subject of dick or no dick Surely the most worrying aspect of this Is a private company having the ability to go around committing surveillance on law abiding individuals

Whereas on the one hand you’ve got people expressing sadness and anger over the killing of an innocent young individual, all you can see is the trans issue - which is contrary to both the facts of the case (it was nothing to do with transphobia) and, as far as I understand it, the general wishes of Brianna, who did not want existence to be reduced to a cause or a category and wanted to get on with life. Tragically that’s now impossible, but luckily for Brianna you’re still here to keep dredging over the issue in the name of your politics. What a hero.

Without certain people with certain views Brianna would still be with us. To attack people who have views that dont align with your own shows you to be part of the problem not the hero for change you appear to be suggesting. Untill people allow people to be who they are whitout and within nothing will ever change......................

Allow people to be who they are well said without hate or prejudice I hope So I presume the woman in question was and is entirely entitled to her opinion That a woman can only be biologically a woman Or does your opinion only apply if you agree with what someone is or believes in

I Belive in live and let live. On gender im closer to JK Roling who's been cancelled by the Trans Comunity but i still think violence is not the answer to complex issues such as this.

This is a Stoke City forum. Right wing culture wars (if they must be on here) are surely for the Everything Else board? Tenuous ‘it’s football related honestly and Stoke City play football too’ bollocks need to be elsewhere. No, it’s a Stoke City *and other football* forum. I’m sure this will end up on EE sooner or later but before it does (or after it does for that matter) I’d be interested to hear Malcolm Clarke’s input and whether the FSA are on this? The FSA has had no contact with Linzi. I understand that she appealed unsuccessfully against her Club ban. The next step available for a supporter in that position is to take the case to the Independent Football Ombudsman. It is clear from the FSU video that she is receiving legal advice from them on any data protection issues which might be involved. My general advice on sensitive or high profile cases which hit the news is to be very cautious about reaching conclusions unless you are sure that you know all the relevant information, and not to assume that statements or material put out by an aggrieved party, or third parties with a campaigning agenda, is telling you the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and/or has revealed all the relevant history and background. I repeat that advice on this case. It is for Newcastle United and the Premier League to respond to the statements made about them in that video.

Of course, that's sound advice - I'd have thought the FSA would be invested in finding out? But maybe that's not how it works I dunno We wouldn't normally investigate the circumstances of an individual banned by their Club unless we were involved in the case by representing, supporting or advising the fan - and if we did try in other cases, I suspect most clubs (and quite possibly the fan involved) would tell us that it is confidential. With regard to the Premier League, clubs do sometimes ask for PL assistance or advice in handling individual cases, which isn't surprising or worrying in itself. Sometimes this will result in an improvement in the Club's procedures. If we had reason to believe that the PL were going beyond that brief in a way which threatens the rights of fans, we would of course take the matter up with them.

Without going through the details of this particular case Does the fsa have any policy or opinions on the premier league Being allowed to commit surveillance on individual football supporters or members of the public for holding different opinions to their current agenda As this is the worrying aspect of the whole thing It could be me you or anyone else on this board next

Tolerance and respect of differing views is the key On both sides of the argument I respect the right of individuals to identify as they wish I also respect the rights of people who do not agree with this viewpoint Wether it’s for feminist religious or cultural reasons No individual should have there opinion chosen for them

Of course if an individual puts information into the public domain on social media, it is possible that such information might be relevant to an investigation being undertaken by the PL or one of its member clubs.
