Every week it is the same old shit! Like Rats out of a trap they all wait to sling their crap at the manager after two pm. Let the manager get on with his job. Only after the match is over will we actually know how his selection had faired. Bear in mind our chances of winning anyway. If we win I expect all you moaner to be on here sending your apologies So if we lose and are shite, am I allowed to question a team selection or do I need your permission first?

Mmaee has been underwhelming. But he is the best striker at the club (which in itself says a lot). Can't help but think Schumacher could've dealt with this whole situation an awful awful lot better.
And onto the line-up ... well, I try not to cast too much judgement. Underwhelming starting 11, Schuey. This squad is far too good to be closing up shop like this.
Likelihood is Leicester run riot anyway, might as well at least give them something to worry about at the other end.

I thought that today's team selection might be indicative of whether the new coach genuinely represents a break with the post Hughes grind of conservatism. It looks as if I have the answer. Is there an issue with Junior I don't know about?

Thought he didn’t do negative? He’s absolutely shit himself there. He’s not at fucking Plymouth now. We’ll probably go and win now I’ve said all this but that 11 is pathetic No. He’s four places lower.

He's left out our best striker ...Own Goal, not even on the bench Remind me who that is? If Mmaee, I can understand, he’s been garbage. It’s a tough game to select a side for, I hope he proves us wrong. Easy to spot as he wont be wearing a Stoke shirt

Dissapointing selection clearly influenced by players that aren't available to him.
Don’t understand what Bae’s done wrong though.
I have no idea what the formation will be.
First time that I’ve thought “what’s he playing at?”
Looks like damage limitation but we’ll see.

On paper, doesn't look good, let's see what happens. I suppose if he was too gung ho he would have been crucified, but that is taking it a bit too far. Fingers crossed. I agree. Have to give him the benefit of the doubt. He needs to decide on his best line up and work with it. Hampered today by no Gooch and Stevens and presumably we are trying to force Mmaee out to Turkey. He is facing a lower level challenge similar to Potter at Chelsea, too large squad of players, we probably over-recruited in the summer, didn't really need Haks, Johnson and one of Hoever, Leris and Gooch and we have now added 3 players in the window.

A bit of a dogs dinner team selection to say the least, I suspect 3 at the back, Gooch and Thompson as fullbacks, but very little up front. Surprised.

Something clearly gone on with Mmaee (head can't be right) but we can't afford that to be the case given our predicament and it speaks volumes about how Tricky Ricky operates

Feels more and more like Nathan.... Honestly after seeing this kind of response from last weeks shit show , IMO he’s a really poor appointment, honeymoon period well and truly over, So after an utter crap line up last week he comes up with this bizzare amateurish line up.

It is a back 4. Pearson will sit in front. He has picked Leris and Gooch for the flanks to help the fullbacks. It does leave Campbell massively isolated and is a very very defensive line up. Expect Leicester to have all the ball now today, I can't see how we can press??? Hope I am miles out, fearing the worst!! Your interpretation could be right, but when we have the ball, everyone except the central defenders will have to move up very quickly to do the SS press, and set about the Campbell speed.

I know I'm a dog with a bone on this subject but Leris is not a guy you start. Off the bench he isn't too bad but he's so limited as a footballer.

Really annoyed about this.
It’s a free hit.
Just go for it.
Why does every manager seem to go into their shell when managing us?

Is the plan to potentially play a box midfield allowing Burger and Cundle to press high with Pearson and Thompson behind them?.. I'm trying to make sense of what he might be thinking 🤔🤣

Amazed at the negative comments on here. I think he knows more about football than most of us. There's a reason for all this. Everyone was jizzing last week at the Sunderland selection. Look what happened. Give our manager -- and our team - a chance for crying out loud. Campbell to sneak behind and score at least one.

What a load of absolute dog wank. I’m calling a triple substitution early 2nd half - Vidi, Junho and Ennis on for Leris Hoever and Campbell when we’re 2 or 3-0 down
