I agree with this, 4231 allows Junho to play that role as he is no winger/wide forward. If we got Junior back I would be tempted play him ahead of Vidigal to help cover Thompson

Bakes for his faults is a bit more snappy and has a goal in him too!

Can see this one going either way. They'll either stand up for their manager and murder us via Clarke and Bellingham, or we'll go one up, the atmosphere will turn and win by three or more. Obviously I hope it's the latter.

I hope more than anything that we full on pump the fuckers. Let's have their stadium empty by sixty minutes Stoke.

Looks like Beale has wound them up again in his conference.
Could be fruity if we take the lead - of even if we don't take the lead!

Looks like Beale has wound them up again in his conference. Could be fruity if we take the lead - of even if we don't take the lead! He’s an absolute div. He said the team won 4 of our last 9, so doesn’t know what the complaints are about. 2 of those wins were when we had Dodds in caretaker charge, and he’s seemingly trying to big himself up including those games in his 4 from 9 comment. To go from Mowbray to him is just shockingly poor.

I replied that he’ll be in charge for another week😉 It’s been said before but he does look like a competition winner. What a difference a month makes….Mowbray vs AN to Beale v Schumacher!

The charity bus has arrived.
Lucky for Sunderland they are playing us.
We need to go all out, get an early goal and pile the pressure on from there.

I don’t think he’ll get sacked even if you beat us. He’ll come out with some bile about being only “6 points off the play offs” or however many it’ll be. Then it’ll be 9, then 12. Even in the 2 games he won, we didn’t look great. Hit Hull on the counter and Preston offered nothing going forward.

IMHO Stoke put in an excellent performance last week but still lost We just can't score if we can score first would expect a Stoke win but no goals from Stoke isn't unlikely

Iverson
Gooch Wilmot Rose Stevens
Cundle Burger JunHo
Leris Mmaee Vidigal
I'm more confident about this one than Birmingham last week. We struggle against teams who pack their defence but Sunderland will come at us and create space behind which I think will suit us. Get the first and I think we could get a good win.

Iverson
Gooch Wilmot Rose Thompson
Cundle Burger JunHo
Leris Ty Vidigal
I think we need to see if Ty can start to lead the line and if he can get a bit more service from our wide players and midfield 🤞🤞

Switch to a 3-4-1-2 with Leris as RWB if it's not working. Maybe Hoever needs to come on as RCB then

Ty has to start for me today, He was brilliant up here last season. Woken up with a bit of a fuzzy head this morning but it’s nothing that a full English & a pint won’t sort out. Come on Stoke!
