I don’t know which one is which and at this point I don't think I ever will. No matter how many times I study their similarly impish little faces and try to associate defining characteristics with their names, I always end up double-blufffing myself the next time I see one of them and getting muddled up again.
Either way let’s hope they’re starting to forge a solid pairing at the back, even if I won’t know which one is which until one of them leaves.

McNally is a better defender.
Rose is a better ball player.
They’re both prone to howlers.

Rose is the one that’s always manages to set up the oppositions strikers with a pinpoint pass on the edge of our area.
If it make you feel any better i somehow keep getting Hoever and Leris mixed up

Rose is the little shit who had to be subbed for his own protection, McNally is a grizzled old striker who used to be on Sky.

Both are better than Wilmot. And that’s all that matters

I think we look a lot better since these pair have come ib. Rose isn’t good enough to be starting every week though and we definitely need to sign McNally a partner in January.

I don’t think so. He should be a stop gap. We need someone for the mid to long term. I know people will say Wilmot but I really don’t think he’s good enough either. How long is Clark’s contract for?

For now he should. Then replace him and Rose is on the bench.

When the ball is kicked about 10ft. out of our box straight to the other teams player, you know it was Rose.

Maybe the Wilmot injury as bad as it is/was thrust these pair together(again) and having played/trained together previously they have a better understanding?

So he was giving Hoever stick for being lazy thinking it was Ryan Mmaee 🤣

Steven Fletcher was with us for at least 6 months before I realised he wasn't Glenn Murray and they are in fact 2 different people.

I think it's noticeable since Wilmot's injury that we are playing more to McNally and Rose's strengths. Much less trying to draw teams on and playing dangerous passes across the back and mixing it up and going long more often. Whether this is a result of Wilmot being out or just a change that would have happened anyway I'm not sure.

Yes I think that’s probably correct and with Leris winning a lot more of those long balls when we mix it up it’s worth doing that
