Block 7 has now appeared back online for sale with about 150 tickets available, mostly in long rows, maybe an issue with the system previously missing out rows ?

Disappointed that people have paid that. I haven't gone out of principle. It's far too much. I can understand those that have paid it and fair play to them, but ultimately all they are doing is giving the thumbs up to those prices. Under no circumstances should Stoke reciprocate those prices. i disagree , by not reciprocating their prices we’re openly admitting it’s alright for our fans to be ripped off but not ok for Coventry’s , i’d do it in a heart beat tbh

Decided to go on this away day: one because I’ve never been to the ground and two, it’s not too far away. Mainly as a treat as I’ve been watching the pennies. Just hope we do okay!!

The ticket office release tickets in batches online. It was showing as “sold out” last night as those released had all gone (undoubtedly some have changed their mind after another win).
As it was a Sunday, they didn’t release anymore until they got into the office this morning. Rows of two at the front, middle and back will now get released until it’s a sell out.

Yes it’s always been like that and always ends up causing confusion. Obviously it shouldn’t say sold out unless all tickets have been sold. Is a simple bit of re-programming to sort it out too much to ask?

Hats off to those supporters making the trip for this one.
I won't be going. I refuse to pay £37 to watch a game of football in the Championship.

Watched some of the Cov v W Brom game last night. A local derby and the ground was half empty and no atmosphere at all. The price of tickets is a disgrace.

Yes some fans may be away but come to a night match at Stoke on a half term night and there are always notably more u11 fans at the ground.

That’s a good point I live in Coventry and quite a number of my friends who are season ticket holders are away- probably booking their break before the fixture was moved to Monday West Brom is relatively short trip for away fans- a lot of midweek games involve much longer journeys

I guess that's why they have released two rows at the front, middle and back.

Anyone know how many tickets we’ve shifted. Ticket office told me last week sales were going well despite the price.

Decent following that, looking forward to it. Think they’ll play into our hands and we’ll secure a counter-attack victory. Not been to Cov since 07/08…

2.5k at £38 per ticket is brilliant. Let’s hope we can bring the 3 points back home with us 👍

Just after abit of advice on travelling. Is there a bus put on from Coventry train station? Looks quite away from the ground. Thanks Coventry Arena train station is right next to the ground. 13.56 from Coventry station takes 7 minutes. Return train times are 16.50 or 17.50.

So I would go:
Bonham
Hoever Rose McNally Stevens
Pearson Laurent (Burger had a stinker last week) Johnson (Bae didn't impress much coming on)
Haks Mmaee (if fit. If not I'd play Lowey) Leris
Thompson back in the subs - rest Gayle and give Baker a bit longer to get fit.
Obviously they are on a losing streak so it's charity bus weekend for us, but really really hope we win, gives us a balanced win loss going into the break, win by two goals would settle the GD deficit too.

As mentioned on the predictions thread, this is a prime SCFC charity bus game.
Cov have lost 4 on the bounce, not many teams lose 5.
By all accounts they’ve not been playing too badly either.
Would definitely take a point.

Was a time when only 6 grounds had never been to. Have never been to either of Coventry's grounds oddly. Am not actually 100% sure where Coventry even is. Is like a place you bypass going south near that services I never use I think . Is like a town they built to fill in a gap on the maps
