In your opinion. In mine we look a lot more creative when he is on the pitch, both before and after the alleged spat. I think he's had more than one good game. This is the big issue now, Ennis is the type of striker you bring on when winning, to see the game out because he will press and put a big tackle in, unfortunately he doesn't look very good starting as he's constantly chasing the ball due to his touch. Campbell just always looks a bit lost playing through the middle. Wesley seems completely out of it but given we need someone up there that makes it stick and brings others in, to be at our most effective, do we give him one last throw of the dice? It would be desperation but Ennis/Campbell simply don't work. The only other option is trying one of the wingers through the middle, could Vidigal do it? could Leris do it maybe? he wins headers and puts as much of a shift in as Ennis. Jesus I'm clutching now Ennis is a poor man's Jacob Brown. A workhorse who just works a bit less than Brown, scores a bit less than Brown and has a bit less ability than Brown. He has potential I reckon and I think he'll develop here, to what level I'm not sure but either way he's not someone we can rely on now. We have a pool of Ennis, Campbell, Wesley and Lowe to choose from. I think I'd go with Lowe out of that lot and I don't think he's quite ready yet either.

I'd give Leris a go up there tomorrow. Been thinking that. He’s not bad in the air, chases stuff down and doesn’t have a bad touch…..could do worse.

I thought Wesley was injured / training in Dubai? So we’re left with Ennis, Campbell, and Lowe. I’d go with Ennis in the middle and Campbell out wide, with both of them on the pitch we might offer a bit more of a threat - playing either of them alone up top isn’t going to work based on what we’ve seen in previous games. If Wesley is actually fit I’d be tempted give him another chance, desperate times and all, but I can’t remember the last time he even made the bench.

Disappointing, he linked play well at the weekend. Still can’t hit a cows arse with a banjo mind. Like some others I’d give Vidigal a try there

Sadly I think that will be the last we see of him. I fully expect whatever rift was ‘healed’ will be reopened in the summer when there are more options for loans or transfers.

He did look a bit more interested against West Brom. And let’s not forget he’s an excellent finisher when fit and focused. Not as creative as Mmaee or a link up man but could be the type to thrive in the shoot on sight approach that Schumacher seems to encourage.

I’d go Campbell, Ennis and Bae up top and Burger, Laurent and Baker in midfield with Thompson to come on to tighten it up later if need be.

Campbell's been on the beach for about 18 months Got us a penalty v West Brom. Worth a shot I'd say. It wasn't exactly some piece of intricate skill that won him the penalty though was it? He was on the edge of the box minding his own business when the West Brom defender inexplicably tried to decapitate him.

If we're brave enough to play 4-2-3-1 away tomorrow then at least Campbell will potentially have a bit of service as he ambles around up front. Supply him a few chances and he might surprise us and stick one in.
If we're winning and Campbell's decided he's done his one sprint for the night, Ennis off the bench to chase around a bit.
I'm not a Mmaee fan by any means, but with the alternatives being what they are, he will actually be a big miss.

We've seen the last of him hopefully. Whoever signed off on that bit of recruitment screwed up royally, unless their brief was genuinely to go out and find somebody who contributes even less that Campbell
Absolute waste of time and money when you consider what he cost and the "impact" he's had

I think that’s the last we will see of him. Basically not done the job he was bought for, scoring goals, but then who has? A player with skill but questionable attitude, maybe another time and circumstances as there is a player in there, just not for us and now.

for me now i think our only option is to give tyrese a run of games like him or not he is the most likley,to score out of our strikers When was the last time he scored playing as a lone striker? i would not play him as a lone striker mate time to be a bit braver and play 2 up front,,its swansea we are playing, 1 win could secure our place in the championship

Iver Hoev Mcnal Rose Steve
Burger Baker Thomo
Bae Leris Vidi
Keep it tight at the back. More fluid front line, Leris and vidi inter changing.
Feel vidi will score if played central.

Mmaee has put a couple of alright performances in of late but he hasn't been scoring etc.
So although it weakens us I don't see it as a major difference.
Replace him with Ennis and develop him as much as possible between now and the end of the season. No point wetting ourselves over a player who scored 3 goals.

Opinions eh! Probably one of the reasons we love the game.
I think Mmaee when he has played recently has been incredibly tidy. His link up play, passing and movement has showcased why we bought him. But a striker / forward will always be judged by their goal scoring and he is missing this. The debate can be held around the fact those around him haven't been great but I totally concede he should have a few more goals to his name.
He is a very very good player at this level, one I would like to see fitter and regularly starting next year.
