41% Millwall 29% Draw 30% Stoke Exact reverse of Watford last weekend. And would be the reverse if we were at home. It still amazes what a statistical advantage playing at home remains, despite all the technology and gentrification of the game. Bermondsey is beyond gentrification, and given that they're giving it a good go with the Old Kent Road, that's saying something.

Although the result on Saturday was excellent, I hope we aren't going to play that way 5 3 2 against all the better teams this season?. We were promised, front foot aggressive football. You can play front foot aggressive football with "5" at the back and back foot defensive football with 4 at the back - it isn't the formation its how you play it. We actually played 352 against Watford, not 532 and I don't think we will play that just against the "better" teams - we will play it when Neil thinks its the best option for the way the opposition setup regardless of how good they are. The fact that the squad offers that flexibility is a good thing.

Maybe if you weren't such a c**t Gary you wouldn't get the stick you do.

Seems to have done a decent job there overall after his shopping madness here set us back five years, still got no time for the man, seems pretty hard to like and style is dull. London teams even Millwall have premiership potential if ran correctly because there is an abundance of people and money that follows success around

Bloody hope they don’t sack him, well before Saturday anyway. 😀 We all know the charity SCFC like to hand out to sides having sacked their manager. Plus the dreaded new manager bounce

Plus the dreaded new manager bounce Honestly I'm hoping for the same. I hope we turn the page lay his side to the sword and then, after a post match rant for the ages he gets the slip.

i love millwall away. The sights of those irate, fat south londoners in their grey pyjamas and caps, an entirely new and exciting stoke team (on paper anyway), and that idiot rowett on the ropes; it's just typical i can't make it because of work.
we'll probably have the game of our lives now.
go'arn stoke!

Laurent for Pearson for me Would stick with Thompson also as can see it being a midfield scrap as they load numbers there like Ipswich.

Think Leris will come straight in I've never seen him play, but he sounds exactly like the kind of player we needed. Will be surprised to see him go straight into the starting 11, but you might be right?

Will be surprised to see him go straight into the starting 11, but you might be right? I’m sure he’s been brought in to assist Hoever on the right side. But like you say, perhaps too soon.

Agree with Rowett though . Done a good job there and could end up dropping down the league without him, certainly punching above their weight being a play off challenging team even though the stuff he serves up is seriously dull. Not sure what Millwall fans expect, free glowing football and a promotion push?
They're not exactly Eggheads material though to be fair...would struggle on Tipping Point and get the counters stuck up their noses

I think we will get some points, whether its just 1 or all 3.
Head says 1.1
Heart says 0.3
Come on Stoke, lets get at them frome the off!
A draw really wouldnt be a bad result down there...

Thought the same myself tbh, opted for a campsite in Harlow and luckily trains are running from there, looking forward to this one

We're usually lucky to get Nil at Millwall. Don't know why we seem to be totally hopeless there . At least we're consistent I guess.
Always found the place as intimidating as a Sooty Braden Showband concert personally. That myth about the place.
