Struggled to get involved Indeed he did. Seems to be expecting more time on the ball than he's going to be afforded in this league. Still very early days though of course. Think he needs to play deeper in a Nick Powell role.

Apparently the players have been really impressed by him in training, he’s shredded and can run all day! Thought he looked good on Saturday, was just overshadowed by some outstanding performances! Very promising start! Calling it now. We already have the Brown replacement in the building. Ryan Mmaee.

So you’re saying Brown is on his way out? As I was saying……… Be interesting to see if it was something Neil wanted to happen or moreso the player.

I think he liked his versatility and energy. I think his lack of technical consistency maybe frustrated him at times.

I really do think AN will be very happy with the deal. I never thought he rated Souttar that highly too. And get the feeling he really rates Campbell but finds him frustrating. I still think he may get sold but guess it depends on his injury 🤷♂️

I’m pretty sure those three players were low down the list of fires he had to put out though.

Just a feeling and based on nothing more but I think he’s delighted with both deals and relatively happy to see both go. I think Campbell’s transfer would be a reluctant one but one he may have to do if he doesn’t sign a new contract.

Be interesting to see if it was something Neil wanted to happen or moreso the player. Of course Neil wanted it. Just like I said, he knows exactly what’s needed and Brown leaving was part of the rebuild for us to progress.

It's clear the manager rates Campbell as he played him whenever he was fit last season. If he goes it'll be a financial decision because he won't sign a new contract.

Be interesting to see if it was something Neil wanted to happen or moreso the player. Brown did say he'd known about Luton's interest for a while. In truth it probably suits both parties.
