Shocked and saddened by this .
Was a wonderful footballer , one of the best opponents we have ever come across .
Could 'skill' a defender , or do him for pace or both .
A natural footballer , who made the game look easy .

I can still hear Clough saying to him 'get your hands out of your pockets young man' when presenting him with the player of the year trophy.

Manager of Birmingham for Stoke’s 0-7 home defeat 97/98! Managed his home town club Plymouth Argyle. According to this, his managerial career didn’t take him home: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trevor_FrancisHe did fantastically well at S.Weds. Finished third in the last First Division 91/92 pre PL. Then got to the Final in both domestic cup competitions in 92/93, unfortunately losing both to Arsenal. Managed Chris Bart Williams at Wednesday too: /mediaViewer?currentTweet=1683593305320194049¤tTweetUser=GeoffSWFC
