Well it's good to see FFP and Owners & Directors tests (Fit & Proper tests) are ensuring our clubs are well run, solvent and in the supporters interest. I know it's West Brom but it's horrible to see any club and their supporters to be constantly shafted by owners and the powers that be who run the game and can't get a grip on the problem. Will the new independent regulator make any difference, hopefully but I won't be holding my breath.

There is no joy in seeing a club that means so much to its supporters in this type of financial trouble. I am not convinced the proposed regulator has the powers needed to reform football. As more and more financially driven owners with no link to the history of clubs grows, financial risks increase |
