Very nice but could he do it on a cold, wet night in Stoke? I look forward to finding out in a few years when we play Real in the Champions League :-)

One of Kane's goals today was from his own half as well. I'd post the video but I can't be arsed. Fucking useless lump No idea where the keeper is wondering off to. Great strike mind.

No idea where the keeper is wondering off to. Great strike mind. Maybe bayernoatcake is their keeper? There’s no way Kane is scoring from there and he’s been notable by his absence on here today. It all makes sense now

From the highlights here, keeper should have done better against the shot.

Bellingham is the first truly world class player we've produced in my lifetime. We have a player finally who could win us a world cup himself, if we build the team around him

It all makes sense now Wrong mate unfortunately. I thought the same but remembered that Bayern is only a top level keeper in the five a side nets and not in the normal sized goals as he has previously mentioned. He wouldn't be seen dead on a normal sized pitch. It is the five a side field where the world gets to see his goalkeeping cat like displays.

I think it's pretty much nailed on there isn't, and he's only 20 years old. If he stays injury free and keeps improving he's going to be the best midfielder this country has ever produced without debate.

Is there anything he can't do?
Every time you watch him, you realise he's got something else in the locker you didn't know about.
After turning into Zidane against Scotland, this season he's Ronaldo in front of goal.
I just thought he was a good box-to-boxer!

At 20 years old , on a sat night. I was listening to Jugde Jules off my head in the void.
This lad from down the road is scoring winners in El Classico.
Fuck my life.

Bellingham has the potential to end up being remembered in the same breath as the likes of Zidane/Cryuff/Ronaldinho/etc. It won't mean much to me personally though unless he carries England to glory.

Also he seems like a really decent guy as well.
Just little things, like at the end of interviews he always says to the interviewer "thanks, have a good night".

Had a chat with him in the bogs around that time. Seemed alright. I think I’d rather have been in the void at 20 though but with his cash

He’s also gone out of his way to speak to the English-speaking reporters about how he loved their reports on La Liga as a kid (i.e. about five years ago) - seeming almost a bit starstruck by them, surreally. He’s both humble and arrogant, a superstar with his feet on the ground, composed and cool yet a bit of a firecracker at times.. he’s everything all at once

Has the potential to be Englands greatest ever player. If this lad doesn’t win a major trophy with England something will have gone wrong. Has everything about his game on the pitch and has a mentality and maturity way beyond his years off the pitch. Unbelievable talent.

Everybody involved with Birmingham City knew how good he was going to be and he was a teeenager who had a relatively poor game ( or didn’t live up to the expectation ) that’s all.

Honestly I would choose Paul Gascoigne as the best talent ive ever seen in an England shirt. Bellingham could and probably will surpass him. Lets not put too much expectation on the lad because hes so young. BBC hyperbole already I see today saying he could win the Balan D'or against Messi this year. But I fucking loved Gazza.

Need a massive turnaround to not be in the shit. Ex Stoke striker Goodwin for Cheltenham looked ok too. Did a great (really fucking nasty) tackle on their centre half.

I think Xavi, the Barca coach, handed it to Bellingham on a plate. He took off their best player, a defensive midfielder who had contained Bellingham, and replaced him with Lewandowski when the score was 1-0 in their favour as if he wanted to humiliate Madrid by scoring a few more. Bellingham was reasonably anonymous in the first half, but what Xavi failed to spot was that Ancelotti changed Bellingham's role so he became this free midfielder further up front, the role from which he had scored so often previously this season. And right on cue Bellingham's goals fell while Lewandowski had no impact.
There could be a lesson for another manager there. It's not enough to stick Bellingham into your team and think everything's gonna be alright, and just play any old system. You have to play him to his strengths which Real does most of the time, and certainly in the last 30 minutes which defined the game .
Of course I like England to fall flat on its face, as per usual, so go on, Southgate, and build your team around Maguire instead.
