Wilmot was dreadful I thought, along with his partner Jagielka. I thought Wilmot was sound🤷🏻♂️ I can’t believe I am typing these words but, Wilmot had a good game. AN seems to have coached a lot of silly mistakes out of him.

Sterling was cack - shame as he’s been so good for us. But they were all cack second half. Paucity of bench options did for us. First 25 him and Campebell pulled them apart down that side. After that he drifted out the game did Sterling. Strange one really I did think Sterling, especially in the second half looked to be nursing an injury. Hope not.

They were all pretty shit bar Pearson and Campbell, so I'll give them pair 7 and the rest 5s. Campbell had a good fist half but was poor in the second.Sterling and Wilmot were standouts for me. To be fair, Campbell didn't get the service in the second half that he did in the first. If we had a proper target man he might have been able to give Campbell some decent service. That second half should have taught the manager and the team a lot including the need for a specialist target man who can win, hang on to and distribute the ball when the midfield struggles like they did in the second half.

Neil is well aware of the need for a target man as he’s said in interviews but good ones don’t grow on trees and are usually subject to an excessive transfer fee if they’re any good. Hopefully he can sort it in the summer. Kieffer Moore would be my choice

Game of 2 halves and we needed to score more when we were on top. First 20 minutes was like watching an exhibition game, great control and slick passing but with, apparently, no intent to try and score. The goal was slick and simple, two passes and a shot, lovely to watch.
Second half I thought our tactics changed, as did Brizzles, their changes worked
As the game became scrappy it suited them, and they had pace out wide which we didn't cope with.
Strangely Sterling looked out of position when he switched to RB...very odd
7's for the 1st 30 mins, 5's for the remaining 60, so 5.5 overall.
No marks for the subs except to say that Celina really doesn't look to be Championship standard

I thought Wilmot was sound🤷🏻♂️ You not watched their second goal back then mate. You can't make out Wilmot was dreadful over the course of the whole game just based on the second goal.... Wilmot and Campbell were the pick of a poor afternoon!!!

If the game proved anything, it showed that we desperately need a decent goalkeeper and a better CB.

He went into a challenge almost as soon as he came over to the right and took a while to recover and was definitely not moving freely afterwards. It looked like his knee and if so I wouldn't be surprised to see him missing out tomorrow.
