very pleased with the three points today but we have got to start playing football like the second half, the entire match. woeful doesn't even begin to describe how the first half went. this is a championship we should be on the top of the table for.

I'm happy with the three points, but also happy that the team managed to come from behind and turn the match instead of collapsing as done so many times before.

Coming from behind to win was a massive positive.. also we slowed the game down and broke it up with niggling fouls and rare-ups well for the last 30 minutes or so. Not great to watch but a great result today, that's for sure!

Great much needed three points today. There were times when we rode our luck but I don't think we've had a lot of luck this season so we were due some. I wasn't keen on Brown at wingback before the game but he's popped up with the winner so it worked out in the end. Delap took his goal well but he just needs to stop getting drawn into making silly fouls. Souttar was quality again and you wouldn't know he's been out injured for a year. If we can build on this over Christmas and new year we can start moving up the table instead of looking over our shoulders. Its a big if though.

what an awful referee! Even though we won and perhaps because we won I can say that without it sounding like sour grapes. The standard of refereeing in this league is pathetic, this one lost all control and made poor decisions for both sides in some ways causing the yellow cards.

I remember him from some of our home games, where he let teams and goalkeepers take the piss with time wasting yet today he couldn't wait to start flashing the cards about when we did the same. We've had some stinkers over the years going back to Styles but Eltringham and Ward are two of the worst we've ever had IMO. I'll never forgive Ward for what he did at Huddersfield. Proper rogue performance that was.

Another away victory, and another game where we turn it around from coming from behind!

A real stress release win if ever one was needed. Let's hope this never ending corner has been turned.

Gone tonight surely now here begins the survival battle sorry Tony but it'd Xmas in yhe holiday Inn Rotherham This manager is abjectlty lost ans has to go not a ounce of doubt longer it takes the worse the position will be for someone to rescue o oy question is do we go.for a red Adair veteran or a wba . Burnley or boro like imaginative appointmen. Today is right up there with our very worst and that sits with a manger whose just had 4 weeks break with them abjectly appalling Goodness me, what an appalling post.

Proper rogue performance that was. It won't surprise you, I think that was his first championship match this season he's been refereeing non league recently. On a more positive note I saw a second half that shows we can play the dark side of the game, long may it continue we've been far too open and fair for too long.

It was an appalling 44 minutes and we got lucky with the equaliser , hopefully it’s a turning point because we desperately need one if the second half of the season isn’t to become beat the drop . They deserve credit for the professionalism of the second half for sure but improvement not lucky breaks will determine the rest of the festive season results albeit we deserved some after last weeks decisions. As for the manager he’s a little to do to win hearts and minds as his demeanour tends to indicate results are tge only way he will do it , noetberonf with that but you need improving results

What's all this coming from behind to win nonsense. On a different note this'll be our first game since losing my dad on Wednesday he won't be on the phone discussing the performance. Up there smiling I think 👍 Sorry for your loss, that wins for him. We are Stoke. Cheers. Used to pass on to him some of the reactions of this board from the games, made him smile.

We haven't had a good referee all season, in fact I can't remember the last time we had a decent ref who was fair to both teams and got through the game without making a terrible decision I really can't.

Take the win all day long but the context against the performance and opposition is a completely different story.

I've absolutely no idea why but a raft of tweets from Bristol City fans have appeared before my eyes and it's fair to say their lot are an even more unhappy bunch than us. Pearson has lost the plot and falls out with a different player every week, hence fielding a back 4 with their two main centre halves not playing at all due to a fall out with the manager.

Yes have been reading about it. He has seemingly dropped Rob Atkinson who he signed from Oxford last summer, because he apparently revealed in the post match presser that he can't trust him (over an auxiliary defender and a midfielder!!??) and he's also supposedly fell out with Timm Klose too. Bizarre. I'd take Atkinson here in a flash. Left footed and a good ball player.

I wouldn't take any notice of anything Benji says. I have been scouring the front pages today and I can't find a single one showing Harry Kane raising the World Cup above his head, something Benji told us was absolutely nailed on to happen.

He always has done in management Didn't we have fans wanting him here not so long ago? despite coming across on a regular basis as an absolute arrogant tool he has had good successes not everywhere mind he was sacked by Gudjon (no mild manager himself of course) here about 20 years ago if he ever ends up as Stoke boss would fall under not anyone's first choice but could do worse category I think?
