We would have been bottom 3 before tonight had Alex Neil not profited from the 3 points garnered by Dean Holden at Blackburn. Neil has had an absolute nightmare so far. Unfortunately it seems we have him for a while longer yet though since John Coates has put him in charge of staff as well as player recruitment it would appear. Letting every manager fill the club with their own staff is madness but the Coates's simply refuse to learn from their previous errors, it seems. Neil is bound to get one/two transfer windows, if the previous model is followed ( and it will be! ) and then if he fails ( which seems increasingly likely) it'll be back on our heads with a load of new players brought in by a manager, who's no longer at the club and soon to be followed by most of the staff that matter at the Club. How the Coates's set up such a successful business is mystifying.. they're apparently clueless when it comes to running a football club and it's obvious that they're the entire reason for the shambles we've seen over the past few seasons.

Bet365 were on a par with BetFred/Victor Chandler under Peter. It was Denise's vision that took them global and super-sized
