Daylight robbery Play like that most of the season we will do fuck all We won't be playing Burnley away every week. They're not Barcelona but they have been dominating possession in all games and I believe they will go up automatic.

Yet Swansea have beat them on there own pitch tonight crazy league Isn't Watford a typical counter attacking away team? Or maybe not this season ... 🤔 Still playing at the Vicarage 17 mins added on time.

? Whenever has possession stats meant anything other than how long a side has kept the ball? Sometimes, it has diddly-squat to do with goals and winning a game. Conner score without it youth 😂 Agreed but you can win a game with less than the 31% quoted in the original post so a possession stat doesn't necessarily indicate the winner. Also, it depends on what the other side are doing with their 69% advantage

Crap again. But will take the point. Jagielka , Clarke and Campbell at times the only positives

He certainly looks ten times the player Flint does, that’s for sure.

Hey, they stuck in there. Some good some ordinary but this time they did not give up. Early days and I think that performance , low on confidence showed a bit of Alex Neil influence.
Onwards and upwards boys - come on you miserable Oatcakes’s give em a chance

Maybe but it was an important late goal in terms of morale.. potentially that is I’m usually a glass half full kind of chap but that was shockingly bad again and it’s started to trend. We scored absolutely inexplicably and what a finish it was but we didn’t threaten throughout whatsoever. Massive work to do for the manager but hey onwards and upwards. A performance at the weekend and who knows. Yep I know where you're coming from but there were positives other than just the result.. could've scored more than 1 regardless of the general lack of quality and more importantly didn't cave in after losing the goal after a brighter start to the second half, unlike Sunday.. oh and nicked a late goal totally against the run of play.

I have not much hope since we had so much worse technique compared to Watford! That was the worst of all to me actually. The players were also much slower. And physical appearance wasn't as good as Watford's either. Lack of ideas and creativity as well. The eventual attacks always lead to a cross at random.
So I'm shocked we got a point. Haven't followed it in any way tonight though; had to work.

Just take the point and get the injured back. Well done Jags and Willmott. Goodbye Fox and Smallbone. Great header from Clarke. Wilmott? He had a couple of very dodgy moment where he was saved by Jagielka & Bursik. He wasn’t great but compared to the rest of the defence he did okay.

The only logic behind that must have been Holden in his ear telling him how good he was at Bristol City, which he was but 5/6 years ago. He must have forgotten to tell him he wasn’t a ball playing centre half too…..

One encouraging stat is that's 3 games in which we've scored a late goal to rescue a point, now let's turn that into late winners 🙂

At last, not for the 1st time this season, we are scoring late goals, which wasn't happening under MON.

This caught my eye as I looked back at the TV and the penny dropped that we must have scored but it hadn't happened on my screen - how the hell are you so far ahead? Not complaining as I was just waiting for the goal albeit slightly stunned that we equalised.

A lot of work to do and that goal polishes a turd.
