If things go our way we may get something out of the game if they don’t we won’t. Sounds trite and ridiculous but that’s the way the Championship works for 99% of the teams in it. At least if you get the basics right , which I think is what AN is working on , you put yourself in there with a shout. Exactly, very little between most teams - it's just having that quality in the final third and being well organised at the back, with high enough fitness levels.

I think he talks brilliantly in these pressers Despite the absolutely dreadful questions coming at him from the floor My first reaction was that he comes across as aragent, but then listened again and I think he is already clearly bored of the complete drivel that comes from the floor, the vale bastard Mr anderews clearly slobbers all over his crayons, how the fuck does he hold a job down?

Angela Smith is embarrassing. Sick to death of her telling managers how they’re feeling or what they’re thinking, rather than actually asking them. As for her rambling on about going in to this game and then having a break and how the players will feel……what on earth was she on about, it wasn’t even a question. Alex Neil looked perplexed as to what he was supposed to come back with😂. Can’t see her lasting much longer, I hope to god not anyway.

BM A fellow supporter who is employed by the club don’t forget to miss that bit out. So she’s always going to have a vested interest and be mindful of what she’s saying. I can’t bear to listen to the drivel that comes out of her mouth though. Alex Neil can’t either by the looks of things. The younger girl who does the post match sometimes is about the best of option we’ve got. The lad with the high pitch voice is just as bad as Ange.

The younger girl who does the post match sometimes is about the best of option we’ve got. The lad with the high pitch voice is just as bad as Ange. This. Over the last few years she has held managers and the club to account more than anyone else I know of. Make them squirm regularly and you're not asked back. People think you can walk into press conferences and ask what you want and be fine. Doesn't work like that any any club. Employed by the club? Not the first or the last. Literally gets pocket money for doing what noone else will do and puts the women's game firmly in the spotlight. A world champion sports person who has gone home and away for decades. She's done her time following us and also done some amazing promotional work here and overseas. For nowt. Proud to call her a mate and proud how she always puts Stoke and our fans first. She is the least of our problems. The day she's not involved makes it a far comfier ride for SCFC. Have your opinion on her by all means, i mean, we fall out regularly, but her integrity and intentions should never ever be questioned. One of life's good folk.

I think he talks brilliantly in these pressers I like how he doesn’t latch onto the excuses that they try to tuck in and feed to the manager in the press conferences and just says it how it is

Only Kenilworth Rd comes close It's miles better than Kenilworth Rd ....but that's just how bad Kenilworth Rd is I see Luton are moving QPR have been trying to move for years, it's a dump, terrible ground, not fit for purpose (anyone who slates our ground should watch a game at Loftus Road) but there's reasons why they in the mess they are in with their ground

QPR spent a small fortune in the Prem . Nothing wrong with our ground apart from access but hardly the only club to suffer from that but the only at Stoke brigade love a moan about it

It always makes me chuckle when a new manager comes in and they are exposed to the incoherent ramblings of George “in more ways than one” Andrews.
You can almost see them thinking who the fuck is this clown.

I think Angela Smith does fine really.
It must be hard to get anyone to do that lead questioning role with Pete Smith and Radio Stoke having their own opportunity for a chat later.
If she didn't take the main role, not sure who'd do it?
It's not as if there's much of a Stoke-on-Trent press pack as such, in the way there's a Birmingham, north-east, Merseyside group It's just Pete Smith on his own - and John Percy doing a story on us every 6 months, and that's our lot.
It's not like the Prem days when there was wider interest in us and we had people like Rob Dorsett taking the lead.
But, for all that, why is George Andrews there - who does he work for now?
And do we know who the third questioner (is it Dave Lee?) works for?
The bottom line probably is that if they weren't there, nobody would replace them because there are no other real media outlets around here.

Yeah I like his cut, just wish he’d get away from “listen” before saying anything 😂 I feel I’m waiting for it every time already 😂 He gets my full support though and sounds like he’s seen the issues already? Not like we all hadn’t besides the Mon hardcore

Mark Hughes delivered the only 3 consecutive top flight/top half finishes in the 160 year history of Stoke City football club and in turn the best 3 years of our lives, so while this fella is trying hard to find some symmetry he is miles off the mark. You should not be even trying to compare Mark Hughes 5 years at Stoke City with his 5 weeks at QPR.

Excited today as it’s as close to a home game for me.
Speaking to a QPR fan last night he was saying the majority of their goals have come from their midfield, and they are in striker crisis…..
Lyndon Dykes has the same number of goals as their goalkeeper…..1
