Dropping Taylor is disgraceful. He was terrible on Wednesday. I think João would have cause him massive problems . After Wednesday he shouldn't be starting

The Reading keeper is absolutely pony. If we can get shots off, we'll score. Would be absolutely fabulous if we can do that

No Gayle at all, injured? Thompson also Clucas in because we basically don’t have any left sided players Thompson over Clucas surely, mick?

Unsure about our formation today, but could it be: ..........................Bonham......................... Fosu.........Wilmot...................Flint..........Fox Brown.............Smallbone......Baker.............Clucas ....................Campbell...Delap..................... or ........................Bonham........................... ..............Wilmot.....Flint.......Fox................. Brown...............Baker.....Clucas.................Fosu ......................Smallbone.......................... .................Campbell....Delap........................ or do we play 3 up front?

According to that Opta 'Goals prevented' metric, the Reading keeper is, by miles, the worst-performing keeper in the league so far

Dropping Taylor is disgraceful. Is it, he was awful in the first game Neil has managed, it's not a surprise, maybe he doesn't think he's ready. Don't think at this time he can play at a high tempo. Needs more work.

Don't care about the reasons why, but everytime I see Clucas' name on the team sheet a little part of me dies inside.

He can be introduced slowly, he's young sometimes it happens, hopefully it'll help him improve. Clucas hasn't got anything to do with it but he wasn't the worst of the midfield in the last game and that's all that matters atm, doing well for the new man, what came before is mostly forgotten now.

We really are hobbling through at the minute. People can moan about set up and the players starting but just by looking at the bench you can see how thin on the ground we are.
Should we ever manage to get a full strength squad, there’s probably 4/5 players making way from todays team.

Brown at wingback? The new Diouf? He's played there before tbf, when he first came he was more a right sided player than a striker.

At least when Neil plays a 352 system he plays attacking players as wingbacks. Brown and Fosu is very bold.

I’m assuming 433 with Fosu at rwb. Not sure why Clucas would play and not Thompson.

100 % sure that Clucas has same contract as Allen had..Fit must start or be in squad..What does he see in him..Every Stoke supporter does not. He only played 25 games last season, so if your theory holds, it only applies to this season. I've never been a fan of his, but it seems that nearly every Stoke supporter see/saw something in him, as he was POTY not too long ago. For now he has two things going for him that managers like. He's leftsided and experienced.

We are we playing our leading goalscorer over the last 12 months at wing back? Because the previous manager who wanted to play with wingbacks didn’t actually sign any wingbacks
