I thought he was wank. No loss at all. He is going to a Division 1 club which says a lot but he was far from wank. He did nothing well. His crossing was shit, he had lots of mistakes in him, not great in the air defensively. Poor player.

I thought he was really poor, he had a nightmare against the one trick pony James Mcclean which says it all.

Good luck to the lad I’ve seen more I like from him than the rest of the shit show of a squad.

I can't say I'd be in a rush to spend £1m on him.
He's been OK for us, but no more. Having said that, I'd rather see him at RB or RWB than have to suffer Wilmot there.

Shit defender, but decent going forward is my opinion about him.

It’s fairly telling that Arsenal are happy to immediately sell him rather than give him another loan - clearly not in their A list loanee bucket.
Good luck to him. It’s a shame he never got a run at right centre back as he looked to have all the attributes to play there. Got to hope Sterling is fit else we’re looking woefully short at RB now.

Decent enough going forward, good luck to him there gave his all, so three out, hopefully four with splint, need some quality in.

I wouldn't say he has 'impressed' since he has been here.

Seems a decent guy played well for us when others haven't. Back to his starter club good luck and thank you Harry.
On another note we are in serious sh1t now if there isn't 3 or 4 irons in the fire!

Squad is looking thin

It's absolutely crazy that the squad requires this much turnover in January. Just what is the actual plan for this football club?

Thought he was very poor defensively.
Starting to get a bit alarmed about the transfers/loans in column

It's bizarre he was literally on Stokes books at the start of the week. Technically on paper at least gone back to Arsenal before rocking up at Ipswich to sign up and pose for pictures in his new Ipswich shirt and will likely make his debut for them this weekend! Life of a footballer hey 😉
Same with Delap, here one day, gone the next!

It's absolutely crazy that the squad requires this much turnover in January. Just what is the actual plan for this football club? Yeah I agree. AN must be very confident of replacements, or, very confident we have enough in the squad not to be relegated. Seems a drastic rebuild for a January window. If Sterling breaks down again we are left with Wilmot (cough) or Macari.

Sterling injured every 5 mins. Clarke gone.
Brown can fill back in at wing back. Only trouble he's already filling the delap gap.
What a shit show.

Fair enough, not sure id spend £1m on him.
But I thought he was ok, he probably would have been better playing one of the side positions in a back 3.
I’m assuming we have a plan mind, but God knows what it is.

It looks to be a bit more than that in my eyes. None of the loans have been an out and out success, so getting rid of them does provide an opportunity to do what AN has suggested, to make loan transfers with the view of signing them full time. If Sterling stays fit he would be the one loan which could be a good long term signing Bursik has been poor and Flint hasn't played since AN has come in.

Good riddance.
Another terrible player departs the building. How many down is that now? Who is next?
Kilkenny? Gayle? Smallbone? Tymon? Brown? Fosu? Flint? Fox? Wilmot?

Was gonna say perhaps 'edwards has a lifeline, a second chance ' but he's out for the season with serious knee injury!

It's mad that we need to change the squad this much, and smacks of us choosing managers because they're shiny, rather than because we think they suit us or fit into any plan.

He’ll be a good player in League One.
Which is why we should have kept him.

What an absolute WASTE this summer was. What was the point in keeping MON? We all saw that he had ran out of ideas. We kept him anyways, let him spend any money we had and then sack him right at the end. Now we are just getting rid of all the Summer work.
Pathetic. The fans don’t deserve it, but the club, the club deserves all the crap that’s likely in store for it.
